I TRIED to go and get smoothies for my coworkers on the way to work I had my small dog with me it’s Florida I can’t leave him in the car or leave the car running because there was no parking in front. I stepped inside the blonde young girl told me he can’t be in here I told her I’m ordering and I’ll wait outside I’m going to order and leave she said you can’t do that you need to find somewhere for your dog to go. She saw another customer walk inside and changed her attitude and said I’m so sorry for safety we can’t have your dog in the building I asked her so your saying I can’t order food she said well. I mean no. Management needs to help this employee there are no signs on the door that say no animals I just wanted to order and leave. Sorry they just lost a $200 order due to the employee the Starbucks in front of them got the business and gave me a pup cup

I’ve been coming to Planet Smoothie on Howell Branch Road for a while now, and the service has always been top-notch—friendly smiles, warm greetings, and an overall welcoming vibe. But I wanted to take a moment to highlight one employee in particular: Gwyneth.
Every time I’ve visited, she’s been an absolute delight—always bringing a bright smile and a genuinely kind spirit. It’s clear that she enjoys what she does, and that energy makes a difference. Planet Smoothie has a great employee on their hands, and I hope they recognize the value she brings to the team.
Aside from the excellent service, the smoothies, smoothie bowls, protein bars, cookies, and snacks are healthy, and reasonably priced. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by. You won’t be disappointed!

Update, I went yesterday and they were finally back open. The owner was working the store and explained why it took so long to reopen and gave us a nice discount for continuing to come. The smoothie was great and so was the service!
This place keeps saying opening soon but it's been closed for almost a month now.
