Horrible lady here today 7/26/2023 5:30pm we were there for my moms birthday and my mom was supposed to get a free drink but she charged us for the drink after she said that it was free plus she had a bad attitude and didn’t see to care.

Love Planet Smoothie and nearly all of their drink selections! Wide variety of fruit & plant based smoothies in every combination imaginable and with or without a variety of supplements (i.e., energy, immune system boosts, protein blasts, meal replacement, etc.). In addition, they offer a selection of chips, snack bars and packaged cookies for those looking for something to get their teeth (or dentures?) into. Selections aren't cheap--a large, 44oz smoothie will set you back about $10, but they are filling, very tasty, and perfectly refreshing on a hot Florida afternoon. Parking is limited, but there is a handicapped spot directly in front of the store, and the staff have always been polite, friendly and helpful.

There’s a guy here with medium long brown hair that works in the mornings, some times I see him at Oviedo too, excellent customer service. Always a smile on his face and asking how your day is going, he always has good vibes about him. As a manager myself, I feel it’s people like him who add a little magic to the business and that keep me coming back.That being said the whole staff here are always friendly, welcoming, and pleasant to chat with while getting a smoothie. Sometimes I order online since I’m in a rush and I’ve never had to wait, made right on time. Super clean, super quick and healthier that that frappe you know you were considering earlier ? Thanks for being a good stop in the morning to help get my days started ?

Inquired about non-dairy smoothie options with the workers and though the oat milk was discontinued, you can get almond milk for your smoothies. They were very friendly and patient with my questions! got a Leapin' Lizard and a Muscle Up Buttercup with some modifications.
First time I ever been at this place and the girl working was awesome. Offered to remake smoothie if my friend and I didn’t like our smoothies, as we were newbies there. Smoothies were awesome. Second time going the white girl was a little mess friendly.

I ordered for pick up in the parking lot , and from my car I saw one girl come out look at the ticket and turn around I waited a few minutes saw no one was going to start it (keep in mind the store is completely empty) so I walked in, a few minutes pass by and no comes to greet me I so I say “hello” and they do not hear me because they are talking so loud in the back (2 ladies) well my smoothie was great the experience was bad

Friendly staff - call in orders prompt - were using Styrofoam containers due to supply issues. Not a fan of Styrofoam, but not a quality problem. Shake was awesome as usual.
