“This is my third time coming and overall it’s consistent when it comes to food, vibes, and customer service. Andy particularly goes out of his way to make our visits better, he works in the back but I have seen him multiple times come out, check on tables, offer refills, and ensure people are having a good experience. Food portion is large, food comes out quick, and I love their sauce bar selection.“

“I always have a good experience at Chili's Oviedo. I had Chili's To Go tonight. Whenever I get a to go order, it is always ready faster than they say it will be. I made some customization to my potato soup and it was just the way I like it.The food was great as was the service at the counter and it was a very busy Friday night. We will be back again.“

“Great Chilis’ like I used to go regular in North Charleston in International Blvd.…& Chilis in Jacksonville , Florida whenever i dive from Charleston to Orlando or Orlando to Charleston, I stop by few of the great people there…this is another great Chilis in Apopka , Florida – good customers and good people working across in this particular restaurant. I frequently visit due to the good atmosphere and nice people working there. To mention: Kevin the GM is down to earth – on the first time, he went out of the way “hello” even though I was sitting far off…Nikki said he is genuinely nice and wonderful…that is shown in his action, deeds not just words. I used to like Mrs. Tina I used to go there from 2017.on and off whenever I visit on a weekend to see my family…Manny used to be there- he is still long time dedicated to Chilis… Great, nice people worth mentioning are: This is not in sequence or chronological – whomsoever comes in my mind and just jotting down there is no this is the first person or second person please…. sorry to be brutally honest, ethical, integrity and upfront: 1. Ms. Cindy who helped to fix the Vegetarian meal for me and later she and Ricky together made that happen- Very conscious, she does not worry about appreciation or so, she works hard, truthful and cares for customers during Theresa’s incident one of the Thursdays in May 2024. 2. Mr. Scott brother- they say he is new- but super quick, sharp and he goes out of the way to help, if any bartender or serving or doing lot of things- he goes and helps the customers, he has a great attitude. Cares lot for the nation. Love that brother Scott. Once Scott and Kevin worked on the radio – they were smiling, since I was joking with them – Great Team … 3. Nikki – super good and great bartender – some of them come for her sake on Tuesdays and she has a great serving tables according to the Young kid like Brandon even though he is tall in the Organization in that Branch of Chilis- like Michale Jordan -just kidding. 4. Danielle – she is incredibly soft, nice, and good person always- great friendly attitude…nice hard working and can-do double shift- very sincere. 5. Kimmie- some of the customers like her most…. like Theresa and Carol always talks nice about her…Kathy too. 6. Few of the front host also. I did not get her name. I remember one Ashley I think, or I forgot one…She does not get scared for work or Amber -cannot remember. 7. Manny is regular as always as I mentioned above…Chilis is the place he is dedicated to work …all the time. 8. Ricky is great – sharp and intelligent. 9. Mike who serves and has a particularly good attitude, someone said he works on Monday, Tuesday, and one another day- I cannot remember. 10. Brandon is a good person. Young, loves music and dancing and is a friendly person. “I saw a person, going to different tables, and I was not sure if it was a he or she, as it was the body of a men, but the face was made up to be a woman. I assume he was a transgender? The waitress informed me that he was the Manager, and he was just expressing himself. A restaurant is not the place to do this. I will be writing to the Company. This was totally disgusting to see a Manager of a restaurant acting out.“

“I’m a regular and went to their Cinco De Mayo on Friday. It was a blast. Taco 🌮 eating contest , dj and live music plus mariachi band. Fun crowd and the monster trucks. People were dancing in the parking lot. It was amazing“

“I have never had bad food at any location. For the party of 5 the food came out fast and the order was correct. The margaritas are nothing to write home about, I will order a beer next time. Not the location's problem, corporate need a better recipe to send out.“

“When I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile from the General Manager, Manny and the cashier Shiloh. They made me feel like family! Since this was my first visit, I had questions and they happily answered them all. They helped me find the perfect meal! They told me about their daily specials and how to customize my entree to my liking! The food was hot and fresh. Manny taught me about the sauce bar and I love it! They have added a new regular guest to their clientele list! Thank you very much!“

“Very friendly staff. I asked for an empty to-go box and lid for my leftover chips and queso. The gentleman helping me top off the queso and gave us fresh chips to take home. He went above and beyond to take care of us. We will definitely be back to this location.“

“I visit the Tijuana Flats Longwood every Tuesday. Most of the time I am very satisfied with my order. Today I was not! Tacos were cold, Just about no cheese, no jalapeño peppers as ordered plus received jalapeño sauce instead of the habanero sauce I ordered. To top it off ordered queso and did not receive it. No more curbside pick up for me. I will now walk into restaurant and check my entire order before I leave. Very disappointed and my not leave a tip next time. Appeared to be totally confused today. Also no receipt so could not do survey.“
