Waited 15 minutes for someone to actually acknowledge us to take our order. If it wasn’t for my kid begging me to stay I would’ve walked out. We then waited 33 minutes for our food. I checked the receipt so I know it was exactly 33 minutes. Then checked the order and it was WRONG!!! We were missing two items. We had to wait another 15 minutes. Did I mention the worker had an attitude because I complained. No apology just an attitude because I complained that my order that I paid for was wrong. The wings were HORRIBLE!!! EITHER GET A NEW STAFF OR JUST CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN. Never ordering from here again.

My order was incomplete. It was missing wings and the fries were dry and burnt. Horrible management! I was promised a refund that was never received. Avoid this location!! Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

Food was cooked right and tasted great!However there isn't enough workers, they are struggling to keep up with orders!Shame on mangement! 3 workers isn't enough to keep up and now they even have to do refills on the drinks cause they turned the soda machine! No reason you can't pay more workers the way the order are coming in instead of making 1 person do the jobs of 2!

The service was phenomenal. Based on service alone I'd give 5 stars. Food, barely edible. Soggy grease soaked fries, overcooked wings, and shockingly good ranch & bleu cheese dips for a fast food joint. The bleu cheese even had chunks in it!

I used to love the wings from here, but I always order them for delivery, and mild, well done, and unless I call the store to back it up with reminding them that I want the 20-minute cook and extra crispy... they are never well done! The skin is always soft (which I absolutely hate) and most of the time they are swimming in oil when I get them. I do have them delivered to my home, I don't pick them up, and most of the time when I try to call them to make sure they do them extra crispy you can't get through, it's like they've got the phone off the hook!

Seeing in person and hearing employee words the people who work at this site have little to no regard for you, your food, or their fellow employees. My order took an adequate amount of time but the same couldn't be said about other costumers, many just walking away due to the work flow of the employees being so atrocious. During my time dining one employee was on the phone for more than thirty minutes and it could be assumed they weren't helping out a customer due to the lack of any words coming out of their mouth. As for what I've heard from one of the employees their conditions are trashy, their teams barely clean the kitchen leaving dirt and food all over the floor. There is also open flirting between two employees, no assistance given to new employees (who desperately NEED help as they are NEW) and when the new employee seeks help their coworkers give them an attitude and makes them feel as if they are a waste of space. This site has to be one of the worst I've been to in quite a bit.
