Just happened upon this spot and had a brisket, sue had pulled pork, we also both had Fried beans and chili. If say the brisket is in the top 3 of any I've ever had... so incredibly tender. Pulled pork was fantastic as well. Highly recommend stopping at this little gem. 5 stars for sure. Thx for a delicious lunch.

Literally the sweetest Staff and Owners!!! While I am not able to enjoy myself due to food allergies my daughter absolutely loves everything!! I even pick up breakfast for my friends in the next town over! There’s nothing like it!! I also recommend adding their coffee beans to your kitchen at home by picking up a fresh roasted bag!!!!
It is most definitely a MUST!!

Barbecue is excellent - at least as good as I have had anywhere. Generous portions at a reasonable price, served up by a great couple.
Breakfasts are great with house roasted coffee and nice fresh bagels.
Get there early for lunch as they sometimes sell out.

Fabulous food at a fabulous price and the owner really aims to please. We had brisket, chicken, baked beans, Mac & cheese and slaw. All were excellent! Don't miss this one while you're in Cedar Key!

The owner (I presume she was one of the owners) was so incredibly nice and friendly despite it being 8am in the morning and an unseasonable cold morning (there was an unexpected freeze warning overnight into the morning). I had the cowboy bowl and it was excellent and filling! The BBQ sauce was super flavorful. And the coffee had an awesome smoky quality to it that I loved. Thanks for the great food and the warm welcome on a cold morning!

Cedar Key needed a bbq place and this food truck is very good. Great pricing - $8 a sandwhich and side at the time of this review. Wish the owner the best!Brisket was very tasty and pulled pork had excellent char on the ends which i don't see often!

Somehow, I was transported to Texas in the middle of an island in Florida. The bbq IS THAT GOOD. The Kiss family (owners) are amazing and friendly. The facility is clean. And the bbq and potato salad is as good - if not better - than any Texas bbq I've ever had. DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE FOR LUNCH OR DINNER!

Awesome pulled pork sandwich and slaw for lunch! It was wonderful! Pork was smoky, sauce was a good balance of sweet and saucy. The slaw was great! Purple cabbage is my favorite and it was hand-chopped, not a shredder machine. Kiss and Daniel are just what Cedar Key needed to round out the dining offerings!
