We stopped in solely because of Robert Becvar's review. Bought several drinks for ourselves and others. Thanks for the Trump 'flag', or, as those of us who graduated fourth grade call them, poster. Had a great time. Florida is Republican country, which is why we moved here. I see two R Becvars on FB, one in CA and one in NY. We fled NY and their ridiculous taxes and spending American money on non-American citizens. I have nothing but love for legal immigrants, mind you. I have no love for the Robert Becvars who have to make everything damn thing a fight about politics. Hope to come back tomorrow.

Our visit to Cedar Key was inhibited by the catastrophes of Helene and Milton. I questioned a regular visitor of this endearing place, and he confirmed that the people here are resilient and hopeful.
We didn't spend a lot of time at Liam & Madi's, but it was filled with friendly folks. We met Buddy, the mayor of D street. Martin and Lawrence, and just awesome people. It was delightfully unique.
Visiting Cedar Key is a little awkward currently. They are struggling and recovering, but they are welcoming and accepting. Liam and Madi's offers this, and more. The service was excellent, it offers an incredible view. Highly recommend.

This bar is dirty! They could sell more beer if there wasn't a huge trump flag on the ceiling. Not very friendly at all.

Espresso martini was delicious, margarita was perfect. A very wide selection of various alcohols, scotches, Bourbons, etc. you can sit outside and watch the dolphins swim by. Pet friendly and you MUST visit the two kitty cats while you’re there!

LOVE this bar! We only wish we had discovered it sooner.
Inside is a very unique and eccentric vibe with old barber chairs to sit in. They have darts, jenga, and other games to play, and, of course, cats. The bartenders were very nice and attentive. There’s an outdoor seating area right by the water that catches a nice breeze. It was less busy than the other places so not too crowded!

This a really cool spot to hang out. Folks from all walks of life enjoy beverages and conversation together as the local bar cats patrol the environment. Excellent gulf views and frequent Dolphin sightings. The owners are great and do a lot of fundraising for and donating to the community. Think globally, act locally!
