This is my first time going to Ceder Key Florida and wanted to try every restaurant in this little town, but unfortunately, a lot of the restaurants were destroyed by the hurricane. The people there are wonderful and very helpful.
We went to eat at the Prickly Palm and the food and drinks were good.

So YUMMY! Amazing coffee and really great food. The Açaí was one of the best I’ve ever had and was huge. My kids LOVED the pelican poo smoothie! The staff is also so friendly!

This was our last stop on the way out of town, and it was a great choice. The coffee was delicious! The staff were super friendly, and I’m so glad to see they are open after the hurricane.

What an eclectic find in Cedar Key. We noticed it due to the number of local golf carts, parked out front. If the locals like it, it must be good, we thought and it was.

We were warmly greeted by Hannah the owner when we came through the door. The cafe definitely has the old Florida cracker house charm and feel with wood floors and exposed beam ceiling. They’re seating inside and out. The menu had a nice mix of breakfast and lunch items.

Unfortunately, we just had lunch, but we did come back the next morning for a couple of lattes before we hit the road on the way out of town.

I’d highly recommend it!
