My wife and I had there twice over the weekend.. we had the shrimp tacos and their famous burger. Barb was our server and she was excellent.

Sliders that’s all I need to say. Myself and MJ want you guys to know that our lunch was fantastic. Great job tasty, juicy,seasoned just right. Would highly recommend.

Disappointed as the Signiture item of Cedar Key clams was not available as I was told they ran out . The bottle of beer I picked off the menu was warm. Amazing that this place allows smoking still where people are eating food . All I kept hearing was people say “ someone is smoking” this is 2025 and we all know the smoke can affect everyone along with having to deal with the smell while trying to enjoy the great view!

My only complaint was the waitress not liking the tip I provided and actually confronting me about that. If you take a job that mostly pays tips that’s not my fault. I thought it was fair. I was so disappointed because we had a great time, good food until then. Slow kitchen but we were happy. Never had someone confront me about the tip isn’t that illegal? It just rude?

Really great staff and pet friendly. Barb was a great server and gave me recommendations what to do around the island as a visitor. They even have a pet food menu for your dog.

Super casual waterfront dining with great views. Tacos and Sliders were decent and priced reasonably. Ordered spiked seltzer and first was served cold 2nd was a warm can and a cup of ice.

We didn’t eat at the Tipsy Cow, but had the absolute delight of stopping by for a few drinks after arriving at Cedar Key for a short vacation.
The Tipsy Cow was welcoming and we had the wonderful, friendly and attentive Barb as our server.
Barb was attentive and made easy conversation filling us in on the recent history of Cedar Key and the recent hurricanes. When we stated that we were looking for some activities to do whilst we stayed she hurried off and came back with a handwritten note of local boat rentals and the owners phone numbers.
It was a great visit with friendly crew. It was great to sit on the deck out back and watch the dolphins play in the water and the boats coming and going from the nearby marina and boat slip.

Barb was the hostess/server with the mostess. Food was exceptional: blackened grouper tacos, coconut shrimp, mango habanero wings. Founders Rubaeus Raspberry Ale and Dukes old Nose. Watched groups of dolphins foraging all through lunch.
