I can swear that in this place I had my worst experience in my entire life, the costumer service is the worst I’ve ever been they literally close the door in front my dad and the lady there was just so disrespectful. I hope they close one day sincerely.

Stopped by on 7/7/22 and ordered a large garden pizza, it was delicious! Very thin pizza which we love and packed with veggies. We ate outside in the cute town of Celebration, was a fantastic experience. You can get single slices of pizza also. Nice menu selection

If you want a pizza ? and your sick of generic tasteless food. Take a trip to Upper Crust. It's a friendly pizza service good prices and great tasting food. A good memory when tell your friend where you ate and how cool it was. Not only that your in celebration its a cool town peaceful and beautiful

Nothing special about it. The pizza is good, specially when it comes out of their over. Next day at home it wasn't very good. The staff is ok, they don't have uniforms so it seems just like some friends working, does not seem too organized. Definitely not the best pizza in Orlando, let alone Florida like a previous review stated, but ok.
None wear a mask or protection to avoid contact with food. They do not know of good security norms.

Have been a regular customer for over 10 years. Live in Celebration. Firm believer in support local owned small business. Been getting food here less and less as every time we order the food is not what it used to be and sometimes just plain bad. Delivery service is a joke. Promised myself the last time I wouldn't do it again...but we did. Wednesday afternoon, not on some sporting event or weekend. 2 hours and no show no call. I call over 10 times, answering goes to please wait then it auto dials ext 100 and then goes to voicemail. Finally get someone to answer and they say a delivery driver didnt show up. They got someone in though. Is my food being delivered and it will be cold I assume is what I ask. It will be on its way soon and hangs up. 10 minutes later I call back. Several rounds of no answers/voicemail. Another person answers I ask for status and get put on hold for 7 minutes. Comes back says the driver is on the way back in. I said to pick up my 2+ hour old pizza to deliver to me? Offered to remake it and by the time driver gets back it will be ready to be put on the list to be delivered. Cancel the order I ask. Your order will be refunded to your card in a couple days and hangs up.
