I ordered the pasta primavera and the presentation was great. I didn’t take a before picture. However, I cut my chicken so I could eat it along with my pasta, and I was greatly disappointed!!!! The chicken didn’t have any flavor! Not even a hint of salt and pepper. I asked the manager on duty about the seasoning process, and he said the chicken previously was marinated but due to it coming out dry they stopped marinating it. I’m not sure how marinating the chicken would dry it out when it would be the cooking process that would. However, the pasta was delicious and the manager did comp our children’s meals and my drink. If you want great service and a chill atmosphere I recommend this place. Order the pizza, everyone around us did.

Everything was fine. The food was edible, but nothing special. The garlic knots were stodgy but the flavor was good. The pineapple bourbon mahi and rice was a sugar bomb- way too sweet. The pizza was typical. It's convenient if you're staying at the resort or just played a round of golf, and the prices are decent, but it's not worth going out of your way to eat here. Don't be in a hurry, service is slow.

The salmon was tastefully done with flavors that tingled the palate. Add a red Merlot and the meal was balanced. Jim provided the musical entertainment and the lava cake desert erupted to a great evening. Thank you.

Disappointed. The good. The Old School Cobb Salad was tasty. Sai, the server, worked with us. The poor. The French onion soup was very salty, compared to Disney Steakhouse 71, Shades of Green and Brown Derby. We also ordered Almond Crusted Salmon and Honey Bourbon Mahi. Issue was the same OVERCOOKED, not moist or flavorful. Our waitress said we should have asked for it to be cooked less! Yikes, what the… Fish should never be over cooked vis-à-vis well done! It was a sin what they did to the fish, both pieces. As for the accompaniment, veggies and rice, undercooked and no seasoning. Overall an expensive disappointment especially since we were vacationing at the Mystic Dunes and this was their flagship restaurant. Note: we did express our displeasure and two of the Soups were taken off the bill. As for the entree, no such accommodations were offered! Did I say disappointed? Sorry no pictures, perhaps it’s for the better! On the way out their pizza looked good and those customers were smiling. Remember play to their strengths, it certainly is unot fish.

I have been to Kenzie's for many years and the ambience, food & entertainment has always been a B+. But last night, 2/26/24, the Wait Service was an F-. We (a party of 10) arrived 5 minutes before our reservation and AN HOUR after we arrived, not one Server came to our table to even take our drink order. We decided to go to the Bar to order our drinks.... where we mentioned this to the Manager (who was serving as the bartender for the night ☹️). Totally unacceptable!!!! I'm not sure WHEN I may return to Kenzie's—as the Service has been declining over the past year anyway. But last night was TOTALLY A-W-F-U-L.

This restaurant is located in the Hilton Mystic Dunes Resort, in Celebration, FL. It is adjacent to the golf course and also houses a golf store. The food is excellent. Tasty and plentiful. The service is impeccable. We ate here twice and ordered once through room service. Would recommend.

Breakfast was fantastic for the price. Good choices. Music was too loud and not too the taste of most customers, as the average age any time I was there was over 55. Service was pretty slow and didn't check back much, considering it was never busy.

Long wait even though not crowded. Order was incorrect, but still good (asked to add cheese to scrambled eggs but no cheese and selected home fries as side but received fruit). Fruit was surprisingly good for January so this turned out to be a happy accident.

Ordered almost $100 worth of food as a pick up order and it was by far the worst food we’ve ever had. The fries were waffle fries (which we have had many times before at other restaurants) but these were the hardest, most rubbery fries we've ever had. Possibly fried more than once or leftover from god knows when…Ordered buffalo chicken wings and there was no buffalo sauce on them whatsoever, the chicken was hard to chew/eat. Probably worse than the fries themselves!!!. Ordered a Reuben sandwich for the hubs and the bread was also hard. My buffalo chicken wrap also had no buffalo sauce and no flavor. The onion rings, oh, the onion rings, tasted awful(frozen onion rings taste better cooked). Disgusting. Would not recommend!!! Go somewhere else to get your money's worth!!!
