Last Saturday July 13th 2024 I bought a monster burger with only cheese and pickles the manager was there was unprofessional she took my burger and only gave me $12 back and but didn't give me the $8 back that was so rude she had attitude I will never go back to the Hardee's in Chattahoochee ,Florida ever again after the shift manager stolen my $8 she need to be fired.
The cashier dropped my food on the floor, I saw her trying to fix the bag and said I didn't want it. She then tried to tell me she had made it over in less than 10 seconds. When I asked for a refund, she went and got the shift manager who also tried to persuade me to accept food off the floor. I again refused.
