Went in ordered to quarts this is how I received them. People never want to serve you at this location minus a select few. Ridiculous!

Iāve been going here for the past 5 years and keep giving it a chanceā¦it always fails they only have 2 flavors chocolate and vanilla. The employees have no clue what customer service is. At this point, I think they should shut BR down and make it just a Dunkinā Donuts. The last time I had roaches in my ice cream.

Ordered ice cream on the app which showed there was 31 flavors. Which is what a baskin robins is known for. Placed the order for 2- 2 scoops of ice cream. They didnāt have a single flavor we ordered and paid for. Was in the drive thru for about fifteen minutes going back and forth trying to figure out what flavors they do have. Employees and manager were quite rude and acted as if we were highly inconveniencing them by ordering this ice creamā¦ at a baskin robins. Ok.. so finally after saying ācan I just get plain chocolate?ā I got āWe donāt have thatā So I asked for a refund as we already paid, they could not give me a refund and just handed me a gift card for $5.77. As if Iād want to come back. Avoid this place if you want ice cream. Itās just a Dunkinā Donuts with rude employees.

Only had like 4 flavors of ice cream, none of which were normal or basic. Not even a single chocolate or vanilla. Gross restrooms and just a waste of a stop.

Supposedly they can't take no bills higher than a twenty dollar bill coffee cost too much overrated doesn't even taste that good and their food sucks I would give 0 if I could

Every table, counter and bathroom was dirty. It was like a kid covered themselves in IceCream and just went nuts. The food was ok but the service was slower than molasses and they were out of a lot

Dirty, out of stock on ice cream sugar cones. No napkins.....what the heck. Walmart is in your parking lot, go get what you need to service the customer.....

Best milkshake ever! Highly recommend Beach day as a milkshake! Itās creamy,sweet, and a nice cool treat on these hot Florida days! The staff was friendly and we had great service!

Stopped there today around 4pm and ordered 3 double scoop waffle cones, well had to throw at least one out because there was a FLY in the ice cream. My boyfriend took a bite and bam there it was. Luckily he didnāt ingest any..that we know of. Absolutely awful.

The lady working was phenomenal!She was so knowledgeable!And was working so hard..My daughter and I had stopped in late for a ice cream. Even though they were ready to close we had no idea.,She treated us as if it was noon..Thank you so much for making my date night with my daughter a huge hit!Will definitely be back!!
