Michelle the cashier was nasty and disrespectful and when I told her that I didn’t appreciate her attitude and I asked the manager if she was gonna let her talk to customers like that the manager told me I have an attitude they didn’t fix my order that was $19 and I am highly upset and I’m going to call corporate

The food is always fresh but the best thing about this location is the workers! This BK has the best customer service experience. It not just compared to other fast food. The ladies working the windows/front end are amazing. Very rare to find staff that has pride in what they do.

Wow has this burger King improved they worked fast fresh food hot fries salted good i asked for extra pickles and they hooked me up pile of pickles on there unlike other places that put 2. I am verry happy these people are amazing at there job

I ordered a cheeseburger, after 5 people got their order I ask if the single burger was mine. Her response "If it was I'd have given it to you." " They orders are coming out in order" I didn't like her tone, she was condescending . I asked if she was the manager she said yes. I asked if I could speak to someone else and she refused, no less than 5 times. I finally asked outloud if there was another manager. Brook should NOT be the face of this store. Her condescending attitude is a real turn off. Customer service is not easy! I gave her ample opportunity to call someone else over to diffuse the situation. She thought she could bully me into accepting her behavior.
I won't compare this to a nice restaurant, but when comparing it to other fast food stops, this was a pleasant stop for a bite! Good staff, good food, and clean!

I’m not sure how there’s a McDonald’s on the same road when this BK exists cus that McDonald’s is the word place I’ve ever been to. The female manager there should just quit and join a debating class since that’s what she liked to do so much.
