Wow has this burger King improved they worked fast fresh food hot fries salted good i asked for extra pickles and they hooked me up pile of pickles on there unlike other places that put 2. I am verry happy these people are amazing at there job

I ordered a cheeseburger, after 5 people got their order I ask if the single burger was mine. Her response "If it was I'd have given it to you." " They orders are coming out in order" I didn't like her tone, she was condescending . I asked if she was the manager she said yes. I asked if I could speak to someone else and she refused, no less than 5 times. I finally asked outloud if there was another manager. Brook should NOT be the face of this store. Her condescending attitude is a real turn off. Customer service is not easy! I gave her ample opportunity to call someone else over to diffuse the situation. She thought she could bully me into accepting her behavior.

Confused by the recent reviews. I’ve had excellent service here, which is a 180* turn from the BK’s elsewhere in FL. They’ve been attentive and very kind.
I’m not sure how there’s a McDonald’s on the same road when this BK exists cus that McDonald’s is the word place I’ve ever been to. The female manager there should just quit and join a debating class since that’s what she liked to do so much.

I seen a manager persistently, walken to vehicles asking if they made a phone call whenever I was still waiting for my food and having an argument with them honestly won't be back took 15 minutes for no reason they need to learn how to do business the proper way

The morning staff is a very good crew always hot good fresh food. I’m very satisfied every time however, when it shits a nighttime, it goes a little dark. I had seen a manager come outside and persistently. Ask vehicles if they made a phone call The biggest thing that I’ve seen was that the drive-through was already waiting about 15 mins I feel like that was a little unnecessary

Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes no one asked me for my order! Heard laughter in the mic but two ladies walked out the back door at 3:15.. not sure if they quit or what i just back up and left ! What a joke.. won't be back for a long time over this they should put customers first and if there's some kind of shift change they should say something instead of just letting somebody sit there for 15 minutes wondering what's going on and hearing laughter in the Drive-Thru speaker

39 minutes in drive threw. Finally got to the first window to pay and waited 8 more minutes till lady come to window and then lady said give me a minute and come back almost 5 minutes later to take my money. Went to second window and gave me wrong order. 3 weeks before i spent almost 30 minutes in drive threw while 4 employees was outside by vehicles smoking. Never going back again
