The food is good. The customer service is sorry! Went there several times to make an order, the young man not friendly in every occasion. I've been patient with him many times. The young man became very impatient and frustrated. I've ignored it many times... This time, his disposition was obvious. I understand that there is a the language barrier, but he knows how to speak English.That wasn't the problem. He blatantly was disrespectful in his speech when repeating what i said and in his body language of frustration. Maybe he'll remember me. It's very unfortunate, but it probably is not bothering him a bit. As he doesn't seem to give a crap.

I ordered bourbon chicken, shrimp lomain, and crisp noodles. The chicken was edible not a lot of flavor, the shrimp was spoiled tasted like a spoiled fish, the rice was so overcooked it was moosh, and on top of that the crispy noodles were stale. Definitely on my never go there again list.

Parking: Pleasant of parking and it's free.
Kid-friendliness: Also, awsome with children and always give my kids fortune cookies. The cook is so nice. She is very nice.

Food is good but EVERYTIME they say "10 minutes" and i get the there 30-40 minutes later and its STILL NOT READY. Dont expect to walk in grab your food and leave. Not gonna happen. Not once has it ever happened no matter how many times they say "Only 10 minutes"
