Pulled into this Dunkin on the way to Tallahassee yesterday in the middle of the afternoon for a cup of coffee. I walked inside and proceeded to stand at the counter for what was nearly five minutes. There were approx. 5 people behind the counter doing various things and the entire time I was standing there not one person even acknowledged my existence. I eventually turned around and walked to the door. I then turned around and loudly complained to those same personel about their inexcusable lack of service. Shame on Dunkin for putting anyone thru this kind of service.

Pulled up to the drive through. The speaker wasnât working so once I got to the window the kid working was rude and he told me that he couldnât take take my order and was un apologetic about the drive through speaker not working correctly.

Claims to be Dunkinâ Donuts AND baskin robins but itâs not.
Ordered ice cream on the app which showed there was 31 flavors. Which is what a baskin robins is known for. Places the order for 2- 2 scoops of ice cream. They didnât have a single flavor we ordered and paid for. Was in the drive thru for about fifteen minutes going back and forth trying to figure out what flavors they do have. Employees and manager were quite rude and acted as if we were highly inconveniencing them by ordering this ice cream⌠at a baskin robins. Ok.. so finally after saying âcan I just get plain chocolate?â I got âWe donât have thatâ So I asked for a refund as we already paid, they could not give me a refund and just handed me a gift card for $5.77. As if Iâd want to come back. Avoid this place if you want ice cream. Itâs just a Dunkinâ Donuts with rude employees.

Every time I order Boston crème donuts they are given in a bag UPSIDE DOWN where the chocolate is stuck to the bag to the point itâs not even a Boston crème anymore. I really think there should be smaller boxes for smaller orders it would be a lot more convenient especially for frosted donuts itâs really upsetting
