Please tell your employees not to smoke in the bathrooms!! It it terrible, I for one am allergic to cigarette smoke!!! Noone wants to order food from someone who smells like cigarettes!!! This is the 2nd time I've been here and this has happened. Please Educate your staff!

The lid was off of my extra large coffee most of the coffee was in the bag when it was delivered to me so I paid $5 for a half a cup of coffee instead of an extra large coffee now they're not answering their phones.

DIRTY. I did not even want to sit in a booth because it just looked filthy and sticky. There was a long mess of chocolate melted along the floor (not from just 1 ice cream accident) in front of the counter/register and employees just stepped over it. No one bothered to clean it while we were there. I'll never go back here again!

Today was my last time coming here. It's always been ehh for the most part and im a pretty patient person who hardly ever complains and just take what i get. They take so long at the speaker, understaffed I guess. Coffee is always different everytime it's a hit or miss on being made right (coffee) or theyre always out of something or put way too much ice in my coffee even when i say light ice. Today, I along with others were waiting in line to order and when I pull up to the window there was another car there that wasn't in line. I complained to the window worker that it was bs that they didnt make her get in line. She said she had pre ordered...well I did too and I got in line just like everyone else to let them know I was there. They allow line jumping and acted like it wasn't an issue. Mind you if that had happened at let's say McDonalds...people would flip. A coffee shop is no different. I will start going to Ellianos..even if I have to pay a little more. Chiefland Dunkin is trash. Another thing..its funny they wait until Ellianos opens before they fixed the outside of the building. Have heard from past workers that they dont even clean the coffee machines right, before closing so no wonder the coffee tastes burnt. Im done.
