UPDATE: They do not care. The auto responses are the same for good and bad reviews. Obviously you're okay with your managers being incompetent and talking to the staff like dogs. Obviously you're okay how disgusting the oil is, hashbrowns taste like old oil, my chicken biscuit was so dark... OBVIOUSLY YOURE OKAY WITH THE BATHROOMS FLOODING AND HAVING POOP EVERYWHERE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE TOILET!! WHAT DO YOU THINK IS IN THE WATER YOUR WALKING IN?!?! AND YOU WANT US TO EAT HERE???? What a joke.
I've come here for over a year now, and in the past few months, this place has gone downhill. If you go through drive thru, you're either rushed, waiting forever, or have to hear someone huffing and puffing in your ear. All with an attitude. Sometimes, when you order, you can hear them talking to someone else, and I feel ignored or like I'm interrupting. When I ask if they're ready for my order, I get an attitude back. If you go inside, there's a big man who works there yelling at everyone and you can't sit near him because he's so loud and rude. It seems like everytime I come here, they are out of what I want! I HAD TO ORDER MY BACON EGG AND CHEESE ON SOURDOUGH BREAD BECAUSE THEY HAD NO BISCUITS. I HATE SOURDOUGH! It's sad to see a place going down so fast, I just feel bad for the few good people who work there.

UPDATE - clicked the link provided by the management below and basically got a request to basically send my review along with pictures. I did and have heard nothing since. No surprise..what could they say or do to make the below experience right?
GAWD AWFUL. On a trip and stopped for two sausage and egg biscuitsl. The picture tells the story. Both the sausage was burnt to where the sausage was as tough as rubber. The eggs were hard on the edges - both over cooked. The actual biscuit tasted fresh. Let’s move to the bathroom - the female as my TRIED to use it. Toilet was full so she tried to flush it (before using) and the handle was broke. Trash everywhere. Let’s talk wait…seriously on a Friday at 1030 and we waited 20-mins at the counter for our food. The ONLY good thing about this place were the various members we interacted with.

Every time I eat there for a quick lunch it's always wrong ... Service is horrible
Mr. Edward and Miss Rachel were so nice. Edward greeted me as soon as I came in. He also asked if would like pies with our lunch. I didn't because my husband can't eat them. This is the cleanest Hardies I have ever been in. SPOTLESS! GREAT SERVICE AND ATMOSPHERE! We just moved to this town and will be back many times in the future as Hardies is out favorite burger spot.
