We came in as visitors in town and were blown away by the authenticity of the cafe! The Cuban coffee really brought us back to our favorite experiences from down south, service was prompt, and we could tell that the meal was prepared with care. Not to mention the great prices!I would give this place 7 stars if I could.
This place is so good! The owners are very friendly and their Cafe con Leche and guava pastries are absolutely delicious!
Good food. There was no music playing while we were there so it was a little awkward. Staff didn’t say much to us and just sat at the counter on their phones.
Amazing authentic deliciousness! This restaurant is small, family run, and reasonably priced. The food was fast and delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the place was clean. Best Cuban sandwiches we have had!
Good: Really delicious food. Well worth the visit. Food was really pretty fast and service was great. Staff is very friendly. They deserve the five starsBad: the only thing I notice is the restroom. Not enough restrooms and the place has a little age.But the town isn’t a big town so you shouldn’t expect too much.
This place does not know what Latin food is about. As a Latin I know. The options are extremely small the prices are high. The flavor sucks. The guava turnovers are always raw. Only the coffee is good. The service sucks and it's very slow. You need a magnifier glad to find meat on sandwiches and the Cuban sandwiches are meatless. The place really sucks as a Latin cafe or restaurant.
My family has been enjoying this family owed business since it opened. The food is authentic and some of the best we have ever had. The ox tail is amazing and keeps me coming back several times a month for just this dish. My Husband and Son enjoy the sandwiches and the meat, coconut and guava pastries. I recommend this restaurant to friends and visitors alike. Thank you for calling Chiefland your home!
Went for lunch and it was absolutely delicious! The owner and lady who was working were super friendly and again the food was AMAZING!

We ordered out for dinner: pressed Cuban sandwiches, deviled crabs, stuffed potatoes, tamales and empanadas. Every single dish was delicious and I was delighted to see yuca in the empanada filling. There's some wonderful Cuban food being made in N Fl.
By: USA HORSE FARMWELCOME TO OUR TOWN.I am Cuba but race here in United States love my town Chiefland Florida. Love Cuban food try the pan con bistec steak sandwich and Cuba sandwich plus un batido de fruta bomba. Papaya shake. Good Food ? Beautiful SuperNice Good Staff.
Just tripped across this restaurant when we were out for the day. Delicious Cuban sandwich and beef empanada. Don't miss! Any other traditional Cuban items in the menu.
Hands down some of the BEST cuban cuisine we have found this side of Miami! Fresh baked goods including Cuban bread, and their sweet plantains are perfection. Super friendly owners providing great service! Don't miss this place if your passing through Chiefland!
Had a really good breakfast here. Efficient and friendly service. We don’t “get” Cuban toast however, no sweet to add to it. But it’s wonderful to explore new foods! Hope to try some of their lunch items next visit!
