I called in an order and spoke to someone I could barely understand. It took 18 minutes for him to get my order straight. I thought all good until he asked how I would pay. I advised cash. He then advised I could only use card or gift card. Last time I ever order from here. Always have great food and service till now.

Have no idea if anything is good here or not. Called at 8:25 pm, store hours are until 10 according to webpage. While ordering the time crossed past 8:30 and the guy said “oops sorry we passed 8:30 we need to cancel your order it’s too late.” Craziest thing I’ve ever heard.

This place has went down hill and the quality of it has too. Our pizza was over cooked and hard and told them about it and they said well the manager will have to call you when they come back and a few days really just fix it..so i will next go back there. Also it took 15 mins for someone to come to the window to take my order..and there call center was even worst no one speaks English.. SHUT THAT PLACE DOWN ??????????

The salads are now only one size -- large, which is more than enough for two people and many salads later!
I ordered a veggie sub and my husband ordered the turkey club, the sandwiches are very good and made differently than the normal sub one might be used to.
Everything was good, staff (even though she looked like she was out to lunch) was very friendly.
