Went in there today 12/31 I requested a family bucket. I told the gril please let the chicken rest, one again the oil was saturated on the bottom they just dump it the bucket. The chicken skin was tore off. I don't appreciate the store not answering thier phone either..

Waited half hour for bucket of chicken coating was very dark almost black skin fell off meat was very greasy meat didn't even look right couldn't even eat it very understaffed two people trying to do everything went to different KFC and took a long time for order but food was very good so it had to be poorly managed in Chiefland we gave it 3 tries and was bad every time

O.K. here is my beef. I live across the nation by Boise Idaho. First time ever in my 60 years in this state visiting Florida. Came to see grandbabies. We are staying at the Quality inn just north of this KFC location. My wife is paralyzed on half her body from an early life stroke. She uses a battery operated power chair that I have to prep. I just had knee replacement. I ordered a 4 piece taste of KFC. I distinctly said 3:times no thighs. At checkout the girl said you have 1 breast and 3 legs. As soon as I got back to my room and open the box it was half thighs. I was pissed. Because I asked several times and took there word for it. Wrong decision, always check your order. I walked back in pain and they did add an extra leg to the original order.
I love KFC, and I am loyal. This is just another frustrating experience I have had not just here but back in Caldwell, Idaho.

We went here for the Tuesday special 8 pieces for 10.00. Went inside and waited 20 minutes before we were waited on then told they only had 2 thighs and it would be a 20 minute wait for more chicken so we said just give us 6 legs. She then came back and told us they were sorry but only had 5 legs so i told them to just throw in a wing. When we arrived home and looked in bucket we found 3 legs which were small enough for a baby chick. Very dissappointed and it will take sometime before i return here. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Thanks and please hire better help.
