For some reason, they had some Lil'Bit hiccup. It's a God-given right. The Williston McDonald's is absolutely spectacular. Now, when I go to Gainesville, carry out is horrible, and the drive-thru is not bad. I really think that Gainesville needs a new management system. The mornings are terrible and not organized at all. The owner and district manager might not be aware of the service, but if they know how it's slacking in the way, many customers still come back. Myself I do on accession go to the drive-thru, but only when my grandson goes shopping.

Nov 13th extremely terrible service female worker was acting really weird on the intercom and didn't get what we asked for

Kala front cashier was very pleasant and manager w. Black shirt was great when notified her of the women's bathroom needed attention. Someone immediately went in to clean it. Very good place to stop when traveling. Quick service. Fresh food.

I ordered on the app, went out of my way to go here, I was tired from coming back from hurricane evacuation as it was, parked, was ready to plug in my parking info, and suddenly got this: "Your order has been canceled due to technical issues and will be refunded." I was mad. I went to Taco Bell. Got me some crunchy taco supremes. Mm good.

This is getting out of hand. I know I shouldn’t have too high of an expectation with McDonald’s, but when I pay for something, I’d like to get what I pay for. I understand that a 10 piece only comes with two sauces which is why I pay extra for extra sauce. Also, a 10 piece should have 10, not 9 like the last 5 I’ve gotten from here. I know counting isn’t a super strong suit for these employees much like reading, but if the person counting the nuggets needs help, maybe start double checking. Tired of not getting what I pay for. I’ll never walk out that door without checking ever again. But yet they want $18 an hour. Give me a break. Until you can follow what’s on the receipt and give correct orders, don’t expect much more than minimum wage. It wasn’t even busy. One car in the drive thru and myself in the lobby. Oh, and the kiosk pay wasn’t working so I had to stand at the counter waiting for the super cool teenage kid to get done on his phone just to pay. Get it together people. It’s not hard. The reason people get upset over small things is because you’re screwing up small things. Easy things.
So So McDonald’s claim to fame, if any is that it’s open late in Chiefland Fl. Double check your order, they get special orders wrong often.

Lord help you if you're trying to get breakfast. Don't ever use the app, or door dash cause you'll never receive your order. Half the time it's missing items, or you get the wrong order entirely. Cross city McDonald's is 10× better

This McDonald's in Chiefland FL is one of the cleanest & best we have been to in a very long time. Our Big Mac was fresh & hot. We can never get hot food. Our sweet tea was sweet & good. Everyone was nice
