Went in ordered the lady at the counter said it would be 3 minutes for the chicken, so I paid and was waiting along with 3 othe couples waiting for chicken also, then she comes back and said it was actually going to be 15 to 20 minutes. So I said how about I just get my money back I would just go somewhere else, well not one person in that works there knew how to refund money, so I said I would comeback, the lady said bring your receipt or your order won't be honored! Went back 15 minutes later got the chicken went home and all the chicken was raw, the breading looked good but not the chicken, took it back and nope they did nothing, except say we are sorry but that happens!!! So not a good place for a quick dinner on a busy day!

Just lazy staff. 9:30 and they didn’t want to cook anything. Try to give me some old crap. Just sad

We went through the drive thru and I got a two piece and mashed potato’s with a buiscut. They gave me really wimpy chicken. No actual meat on the wing just fried bones. Horrible.

I used the Drive Thru. I had to wait 10 minutes for them to bring the food out to me after I ordered. I ordered the 5 piece Chicken strips. There were only 3 in the box when I got home. Also when they finally brought the food out to me, they didn't bring the drink so then I had to wait for that. Let's just say they didn't put the dipping sauce in the box either. They asked what flavor I wanted and still forgot it. I reviewed the order on the LCD order screen to make sure everything was there, yet everything wasn't there when I got the food. I also didn't get a receipt which would have listed what I ordered. They obviously don't train their people. This seems to be a common experience at Popeyes. If you want a half-way experience, then this is the place for you.

Waited at least 20 to 25 mins for 8 strips, box of fries and 4 biacuits. Strips were terrible. They were overdressed with super fatty fine as dust breading. Have never had a Popeyes taste like that. Fries were cold and soggy after waiting on strips. The 4 biscuits where great. I'd be hard pressed to ever try that again. Will shoot for the KFC Pizza hut across the street next time. I paid over 31 bucks foe that misery.

Went through the drive thru. Friendly staff greeted me. My order was punctual and hot. The food is always very good. The red beans and rice can't be beat.

We ordered spicy dark and got regular white. Burnt biscuits and the chicken tasted like it was leftover from someone's table and refried for us to enjoy...mmmmmm. We sure won't stop there, again.
