I never knew at Subway you can’t customize your sub. Today, February 4, 2026. Went to get a protein wrap and asked one simple question of can I try the rotisserie chicken Instead of the grilled and was looked at like I was speaking another language and then the other worker (older lady) was called over and she so rudely said NOPE with an attitude, poking her lips out and shaking her head. I Responded saying I thought you could it’s just an up charge. She threw her hands up and walked away. I walked out and left the sub there I won’t be giving them any of my money. No wonder why I haven’t been there for months. I didn’t need the wilted lettuce anyways glad I stopped going here and won’t be back. Don’t work in customer service if you can’t answer simple questions or you have that big of an attitude problem. You just work there, honey it’s not your business.

This location will not honor what coupons state. Clearly false advertising with some BS excuse about the economy.

Staff has poor attitude, got order wrong, and angrily smashed our sandwiches into the bag, didnt even wrap it up, just crumpled it and put it in the bag.
Staff always friendly. Can be busy at times.
This was a nice, quiet little place to stop for lunch on a long drive across the state. The lady who prepared my sandwich went above and beyond when she asked me if I would like her to use a clean knife (that has not touched meat) when she prepared my Veggie sandwich. That is the most thoughtful question I have ever been asked in ANY restaurant I have been to in my 55 years and I truly appreciate her insight into what my preferences may be concerning how my food is prepared. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious as were the cookies! Thank you so much! This lunch break made the rest of our trip so much more pleasant after our stop here.
I used to work here at one point and I remember I had accidentally dropped at food long cookie on the ground and then threw it out (because IT HIT THE FLOOR) and the manager took it out the trash can and got mad at me and put it back … then fired me on my 3rd day. Mind u I took culinary class and know all about cleanliness of food and how things are supposed to be . this place is disgusting. The dishes are gross . My grandparents ordered food a couple months ago and got food poisoning, not only that but today I doordashed food for the first time from here in a long time . My sandwich was cold (not toasted at all like I asked ) it has ingredients in it I didn’t want , it’s soggy , the olives taste like chemicals . Come on subway do better! Waste of money. Super disappointed I guess I should have known better .
