I went to the Chiefland branch with my boyfriend and we ordered to sit in we were sitting there for over 20 mins and did not get my order until I went up and asked where was my order I see all these people coming and going they looked at me like I was stupid and others waiting on food as well they were curbside and still went in employee starts to mop the floor when customers were standing there waiting to order almost mopped there feet tables always dirty. All employees need new training on there jobs and they need to learn to greet the customer so the customer has knowledge that the employees knows they are there it is easy

This place has went down the drain ..they are always not accepting orders for "15 minutes between 8pm and so on and when you sit in the drive thru and wait they get mad and say you are holding up the line for the next person...makes no since ... constantly messing orders up I would fire everyone or shut that location down

The last FOUR times I went to get food here, they told me they weren’t accepting orders for 10 to 15 minutes. First couple times I waited and went back through to be told AGAIN they it would be 10 to 15 minutes. Now they have the inside closed during the day! I’m a dasher as well and it takes up more time that I have to wait in the drive thru line when the order is already ready to be picked up. The customer service it’s not great. Most of the time they are rude or just seem like they hate it here. I stopped spending money here, it’s always something.

literally started yelling and being unprofessional when all I did was try to explain that my four beefy layer tacos had xtra sour cream and it was missing.

I give up on trying to eat here. If they don't want to open their lobby please shut this location down. I didn't order on an app to not be able to sit down and eat. Threw my food out since they can't provide seating and I'm not eating in my car.

What the hell. Ordered a party pack half and half supreme. Paid 29 dollars for less than acceptable food. Clearly cheaping out on meat and supreme ingredients. Will not be going back. The employees at the window were very nice, and the employee preparing the tacos needs retraining.
The staff is the rudest crudest and most sociably unacceptable people I have ever met in my restaurant career. I am glad we gave up and drove off. The drive threw menu is too small to read and their staff is lazy as hell leaving advertisements up for items they say they no long do.

I Love Mexican food! But they are kind of pricey and don't give enough meat. But if you love Mexican food and have the money I would recommend them.

My favorite thing about this taco bell location is the fact that they are one of the last few in Florida that offer the chili cheese burrito. Even though it's 90 miles away from me I make the drive at least twice a year.
