Nice clean facility. Piping hot food and lots to choose from. The fried chicken is awesome. Everything is very tasty and hot. Very fresh also. Service was good. Restaurant is clean.
The fried chicken was good, but we were a little disappointed in the rest of the buffet. We came for the country fried steak because some locals said it was the best, but buffet was the only option. Service was friendly. Probably wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again.
We have driven past The Gathering Table for 28 years and never gotten to stop because we usually have a dog or two with us. But today 6/5/2022 we did not. While the buffet was disappointing because it consisted of canned vegetables and fried chicken ( chicken was amazing) but no salad bar , or other options our waitress made the visit worth it I really wish I had of gotten her name. She was the dark headed girl and she was just amazing! She was funny, sweet, fast and accurate....
