Coco's Crush Bar Original

For lunch we ate at Coco's Crush Bar OG in Clearwater Beach, Florida. It has been around for 30 years and is owned by two brothers. It is also the home of “Orange Crush”. They play live music nightly and has one of the largest seafood 🍤 menus ( although we don’t eat seafood ) we found that pretty neat. They have three locations two in Clearwater Beach and one in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. They were also voted #1 Beach Bar in Clearwater 🏝️ Let me just say this was one of my favorite restaurants I ate at while in Florida 🙂

We ordered the chips and house made queso for an appetizer. Which was absolutely amazing and the queso was perfect 👌🏼 I could of licked the bowl 😆

For my entree I ordered thr chicken tacos 🌮 which came with seasoned chicken, lettuce and cheese. It also came with a side of chips, salsa, and sour cream. These tacos were so delicious and tasty. Some of the best chicken tacos I’ve had in awhile. The chicken was perfectly seasoned with a little spice and they definitely don’t give you small portions either. So good I wish they had this place in Wisconsin just saying 😉

Melissa ordered the cheeseburger 🍔 with a side of a coleslaw. Which her meal was also amazing and cooked just perfectly. She really loved her entire meal and all week kept saying she wanted to go back there. I even tried the coleslaw and it had a little spice to it as well. It was so yummy and good 😊

The service was even better. We actually went to a different restaurant before coming to this one and left that one because we sat waiting for 30 minutes for someone to take our order. Im so glad we decided to leave that restaurant and go to this one. The server at Cocos was amazing. She greeted us quickly and was super friendly. She was constantly checking in with us and attentive. When we were about to pay our bill we told her we were influencers/food reviewers from Wisconsin and that we were impressed by her customer service 😎👍🏻

Highly recommend checking this place out. It’s in a great location with beautiful seating outside and the atmosphere is just wonderful. Great food. Great staff. They even have games for you to play at the table while you wait. Can’t wait to go back 🙂

This is a very cool and casual place, with a fun and welcoming vibe.

We didn’t have the food, but the folks around us that did seemed to enjoy it.

The key takeaway here is that they serve the nectar of the Gods: Busch Light in pounders.

(Side note: Bartendress Courtney is hotter than a $2 pistol.)

Never again will I order food from this place. The food was cold when I got it and I had to heat it up when I got to my condo. Not only that they pawned off Gator Bites as Grouper nuggets. The people working the bar were rude and inconsiderate because I wasn’t buying a drink. I am the type of person that if I call in an order for food I want to pay and leave with what I ordered. Do yourself a favor and honestly go to Frenchies or something else.

Had the best experience here with Mike as our server!!! We love him so much! Food was amazing, drinks even better, and top tier service!! Manager Shane checked up on us and was so kind and attentive. This place made our trip!!

Host very clearly told me there was karaoke at 8. Came back at 8 and asked “where is the karaoke?” He tells me it’s at the stage. There was no karaoke. When I asked where the karaoke is. The host gaslights me and says he never said there was karaoke. I hope that was worth this one star review. Adding the karaoke bar down the street was taken out by a hurricane so the owner is misleading y’all with his unprofessional response. Seems gaslighting is their specialty. BTW - the LIVE karaoke bar back home is PACKED nightly - go figure!
