Sophia was our server on 7/30/25 around 3:30 PM, and she was an absolute joy! She went out of her way to make our kids feel special, and her kind, caring attitude truly turned our day around after a disappointing experience at Eskpades. I understand both spots may be under the same management, and that’s fine—my previous review was simply to bring attention to how guests were being treated there.
This review, however, is to highlight the stellar service we received from Sophia at Doks. She completely redeemed our experience at Club Wyndham. The food was great, the drinks were even better, and the overall atmosphere has kept us coming back daily since Friday the 25th. They even bring food and drinks right to the pool!
Sophia’s service stood out so much that we felt compelled to write this. She’s a true asset to your team—thank you, Sophia!

Poolside nachos are so good and there’s plenty to share, also recommend the spicy margaritas and virgin daiquiris are a hit with my kids

Great atmosphere. Service can be a little slow but they come to you poolside to take your orders. Food was pretty decent and the drinks were a little light on the alcohol.

Just arrived here from Chicago, stopped at this pool side bar and luckily we had our waitress Monica taking care of us and let me tell you she was the nicest , soft spoken and knowledgeable girl around. Not pushy and very approachable she made us feel very comfortable. We really recommend this bar and her attitude. You should try to mahi mahi for tacos . The garlic sauce is to die for .

Ordered the grouper sandwich thinking it would be a healthier option. To my surprise it was about 6 to 8 small pieces of fried grouper. Also the side is a big stack of fries with no option of substitution other than chips. For the hefty price of $23, I truly expect something better.
Be AWARE there is forced gratuity of 19%. On top of that, they still overcharged me! For a grilled cheese and grouper sandwich it ended up costing $44 and that is with the hotel discount of 10%. There is a restaurant just steps away that serves better quality.
If you order to take out, be ready for a long wait. It took 30 minutes plus to get my order.

Great service and great view. Food is cafeteria quality at best. I ordered a grouper sandwich that came in a round bun with a bunch of tiny filets. It tasted a lot more like cod than it did grouper. For $22 this sandwich was not it. I've had way better locally for less.
My wife got a 16 quesadilla the size of a taco bell gordita. I would never come to eat here again but the drinks were good and the server was awesome.
THINGS TO NOTE
This restaurant is attached to a hotel but pool is for hotel guests only. Be aware of the time share pitch right outside of the restaurant.

Reading these negative reviews, you can SEE the people writing them. Angry; ignorant. You can't get into the pool area if you're not a guest of the hotel. Duh. Atmosphere, service, and food were all spot on!

We had just arrived and wanted to grab a quick bite. The food wasn’t great, but the service was horrible. The bartender had one other couple and a lady sitting when we arrived. He was quick to take our order but that was the only thing quick. He was busy chatting with the couple and forgot he was working. Someone else brought us our food because he forgot to go back and get it. We had to interrupt his conversation to get our bill and that was the only interaction we had with him after our initial order. Would not recommend eating here.

Great food. Had the wrap and fries. The pina cola seemed to come from a machine but was good. Service was great. Order was right and was checked on multiple times. Atmosphere was great. We got a great beach view table. Great shade when they open in the late morning and during lunch with the tall building blocking the sun. The sun might be bright in the afternoon so go early. I did not like the automatic 19% surcharge since better to let customers pick their own tip amount.
