“The food was top notch or as our outstanding server (Blake) put it "they make everything the hard way, from scratch". We liked it so much we booked a table for New Years Eve and again were wowed by the food and the service. The one drawback was the host stand supervisor. She was snotty and imperious and could really use some training in basic customer service. Once you make it past her you will be rewarded with a wonderful and memorable meal. I would highly recommend the place and look forward to returning again.“

“I want to give a huge shout out to Bacon Street Diner!!! They were INCREDIBLE. We were out and about shopping at Clearwater mall and decided to stop at Red Robin’s where we waited 10 minutes where it felt like every staff member passed us and no said anything just made eye contact and walked away. We decided to do the same and went back in the mall to try Bacon street cafe and we are so glad we did. We were seated promptly with smiling faces. Within a minute we were asked if we have ever been before and we said no, our amazing server Terika let us know everything is house made including bread. My daughter has a dairy allergy and we find it so hard to eat out with dairy free accommodations but this place went above and beyond. The owner of the restaurant actually came over and went over my options and how they could alter the menu to accommodate my daughter. They didn’t make me feel bad about it and she was happy to do it. The food, the prices, the hospitality was unmatched. Please make the drive and eat some the best all day breakfast you’ve ever had. The drive to Clearwater was more than worth it!“

“while in Clearwater today we came across DeCosmo. We decided to gone in for lunch. WOW !! Everything was amazing, from the amazing selection of specialty foods desserts and prepared foods. The little Cafe sitting area was very relaxing and clean. The staff was welcoming. We had the Fig-it sandwich which was amazing !! We can't wait to come back. “Kaia bowls is a great option for açaí on the beach. There is no parking for them so you need to walk or pay to park in one of the garages nearby. I suggest a build your own bowl. They have the customization lists for that on the counter. They serve it very quick as well. Plenty of outdoor seating. A decent amount inside as well. Their menu is more than just açaí as well.“

I wanted to give a shout out specifically to Liv and Johnathan, both were outstanding, friendly, and attentive servers. We highly recommend this establishment for those looking for great food, especially their signature pizza. 5 stars all the way!“

“Real nice family owned restaurant. My basil fried rice was perfect and full of so much flavor and heat (my request) like I like it! I didn't even know it could be made this way. Most restaurants skimp on the spice. But not here. Even the crab ragoons were perfect and weren't just all cream cheese filling. Tasted like real crab meat even though it wasn't! Definitely coming back. Huge bonus that they were open on Sunday when I like to treat the family.“

“Spent a week at IRB and knew we wanted to have pizza at least once. SO glad we tried Slyce! The food was amazing (I had a GF Pear-a-Dice, hubby had a Sunburn). The real star was the service - Andrea was so attentive and helpful. She made great recommendations and was a pleasure.

“Me and my family came to dinner tonight 8:55. Are server reece was fantastic very nice and very good attitude. I ordered a rack of ribs i wish i could give the cook “corbin” a big high five because dang nabbit these ribs blew me away perfectly cooked very flavorful and not overly sauced, the ribs where cooked perfectly to where they fell off the bones and i’m very pleased with the portions. A lot of ribs i eat at restaurants they barely have any meat on them maybe enough for one bight and i leave still hungry. These ribs were huge and they did not skimp out on cheap meat. I will definitely be looking forward to coming back“

“Spent the afternoon at the arts and crafts festival and topped it off with dinner on the patio since we had our pup. Service was great even though the tempo really picked during our visit and the restaurant got really busy, at least outside. The arancini appetizer was delicious. Our entrees were the crab bucatini and pork chop with broccolini and fries. Both were perfectly cooked and delicious. We look forward to coming back to try other items off the menu.“

“Coming from Boston, let me tell u. All we wanted to do was find some good soul food! Finding this little gem was such a come up! Not only is the food AMAZINGGGG.. it’s seasoned to perfection! It’s totally giving “southern soul food” and not those little knock off spots! I promise u won’t be disappointed! The Owner and cook was very very hospitable! Super friendly!! I wish I had more time down here to come back and try more but whenever I do come back to Florida, I will be sure to make this a priority stop!“
