The food and service were so outstanding, exceeding expectations, that we ate in the restaurant 3 nights in a row, had excellent food and service each night, and tried new items each meal. I highly recommend the restaurant. Fabio was an excellent waiter, offering us new items based on what we already tried before. The Steak, the octopus, the scallops, the Branzino, and more were excellent. We will be back again, hopefully soon as I travel the US and Canada-this is our favorite JW Marriott and restaurant Great experience

The food at this restaurant was exquisite and the service by Brandon was exemplary. 100 will bring friends back to this restaurant. I loved the lamb chops and the butter candle with the bread was a neat idea.

Excellent food and service. The restaurant is located in the same place where breakfast is served (just off the main lobby), and doesn't offer much of an ambiance, but the food and service compensate for anything lacking in the ambiance.

Absolutely beautiful restaurant with a stunning view. Rooftop bar with a view of the bridge is gorgeous! Food was excellent! Only issue was that And how did he get the it was extremely pricey – way beyond what it should have been. And after spending over $200 for the meal, we still had to pay over $10 plus tip for the valet. That's just gouging!

Way overpriced for experience and neither restaurant or open table informed us that making a brunch reservation at 1045 meant we had only 15 minutes to get food from the breakfast buffet, which had about 50% empty spaces where food should have been. No discount was offered even though our party of six didn't have several items available. I thought that showed poor manners on the part of the management. Even the (excellent) omelette chef was short with one burner not working and several people trying to get last minute omelettes. Most of my party essentially scavenged the (purportedly) luxury buffet while I ordered a salad from the 11am menu the waiter made available. Wait staff was excellent.
The food quality is what saved this experience, but truly unfortunate service. Poorly timed service, incorrect order, and inconsistency in response and recovery. The food itself, unbelievable, but when making a choice to have an experience like this, you would expect far superior service- outside of my meal coming 10-15 minutes before the rest of my family of 4 due to an -error- my husband even had to ask for a knife for his $160 steak... just odd.

Our waiter Fabio was amazing! Top notch service. We started off with bread service and the Greek salad. Beautiful presentation and amazing first course. Our family of 4 then split the Tomahawk Steak with Fingerling Potatoes and Parmesan Truffle Fries. Absolutely amazing! Cannot recommend Latitude 28 enough! We are staying at the JW Marriott and the service was spectacular. Thank you Fabio and to all the amazing employees of Latitude 28 for making another dinner on our vacation fantastic. You won’t regret booking with Latitude 28!

This dining experience is a gastronomical pleasure. The Arabic fusion flavors are soulful, well portioned and simply delicious. Plate presentation is impeccable and the service is enchanting. A great date night with couples. You will love every morsel.
Hostess & waiter were excellent! Food was divine. It's perfect for an intimate luxury date night. It is on the beach, in a resort so guests are able to walk up to the outside seating in their swimsuits and dine and there doesn't seem to be a dress code inside. However, you can dress up if you prefer. The menu options are 1 of a kind. You won't be disappointed.
