Wonderful service, the food was incredible, and the view was unbeatable. We watched the sun set over the gulf while enjoying our starter (whipped feta and beets) and sipping our drinks. The valet service was great, although retrieving the car took some time. The wait staff were timely and attentive, they served with grace, and they knew the menu items well; our server described the dishes we asked about with lots of detail.

Our server was the perfect mix of attentiveness but not intrusive. Her recommendations were spot on. We shared the feta and beet salad as a starter and it was light, refreshing, and delicious. We each had the grouper and it was absolutely incredible. I'm an espresso martini snob and thoroughly enjoyed the one I had here. Will definitely return when I'm back in the area.

Very classy restaurant, Great food, friendly and attentive service. Felt very happy when leaving the restaurant.

Really nice restaurant, our waitress in the beginning was great but fell off as I suppose she focused on tables with more people in the party for a bigger tip so the waitress that topped of our water took care of us. Food was very tasty, it wasn't anything that would make me jump to go back. I would rate it a 6.7 out of 10. Very beautiful inside and can't beat the view

I should drop the hammer on myself for not coming here sooner. What the hell was I thinking?! Seriously. Hands down the best meal I've had in the past two years easy. The ambiance is modern industrial chic divine. The ocean views for sunset were dreamy. Jamie our server was outstanding and so personal. And the food, omggggg. Absolutely gorgeous. The oysters were a single bite from heaven. The garden salad was fresh (love frisè) and perfectly dressed with heirloom tomatoes. My black grouper main was cooked perfectly beyond words. The butter potatoes were spectacular. My mocktail was one of the best I've had in a long time (w/passion fruit), and the dessert was so unique and fresh it was everything I didn't even know I needed. This is now officially my favorite restaurant on Clearwater Beach. This is a diamond in the rough. I am shocked their reservations aren't booked a month out. I cannot wait to come back and get the yellowtail snapper. My guest ordered it and it was exquisite! Thank you, for all the attention to detail. Everything about this experience was thoughtful and I felt the love in every bite.

The server was not good. She didn't explain the special, we only heard it from the table behind us. She also said it was strange that we didn't order and appetizers and was happy that we allowed the Brussels sprouts to come out when ready because it just didn't feel right if we didn't have any food while waiting for our mains. Food was good but we have had better for the price.

Excellent experience. Best meal I have had in Clearwater. Service, food and ambience were top notch. We started with whipped feta and heirloom beets. Entrees were the angus filet mignon, yellow tail snapper and a side of asparagus. Ended with the chocolate experience. Everything was delicious and all the flavors complimented each other nicely. Glad we tried this place out!!

We had a great time at Latitude 28. The service was impeccable, the food was delicios! Pork belly is worth trying for sure, desserts are not too sweet and delicious. Oysters to my taste were a bit too salty but the rest of the dishes were amazing. The interior is beautiful too, very chic design. It's inside a hotel so if you use valet parking and spend $75 or more at the restaurant they will validate your parking ticket.

Very disappointed with the service received during dinner this evening. While the food itself was excellent—credit to the chef—the front of house service was far below expectations, particularly for a property under the JW brand and certainly not what one would expect as a Titanium client.
Our server, Marissa, demonstrated behavior that was completely out of sync with the level of professionalism expected in this setting. Her demeanor was dismissive and unrefined, more suited to the back of house at a chain restaurant than interacting with guests at a high-end establishment. Her conduct left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome—something no guest should experience, especially when simply trying to enjoy a family dinner.
What further disrupted our evening was having a manager approach our table right as my steak was served to discuss the issue. This only magnified the problem and made our experience even more uncomfortable. A seamless dinner should be uneventful in terms of service—not marked by unnecessary conflict or the need for managerial intervention during the meal.
To be clear: I’m not seeking a free cocktail or dessert. What I value is a dinner that enhances my time with my family, not one that detracts from it.
While we had additional dinner reservations booked during our stay in the residence suite this week, we have now canceled all of them following this experience.
A sincere thank you to Jamie, who made a commendable effort to salvage the situation. Her professionalism and presence did bring some sense of recovery to an otherwise disappointing evening.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously. I’ve always associated JW with elevated service and guest care.

Beautiful atmosphere and a nice menu in the lobby of the JW Marriott, which is absolutely beautiful. It’s a high-end place but I think that the restaurant at the pool bar is even better.

I would not recommend this restaurant. The atmosphere was beautiful and our server was good but the food was not good. It was way overpriced for what you got. My friend and I ordered the kale salad with shrimp and it was $36. The portion was like a side salad and came with only 4 shrimp and they forgot the strawberries and pickled onions. We had to ask for those. The kale tasted horrible. It was huge pieces and like romaine lettuce with the hard center pieces. Very disappointing.
