Just bought a dozen and the people working there were rude and went in the back and took a long time then brought my order out these are not layered donuts they are plain old hard donuts with sloppy frosting and whipped creme The box had frosting all over it and these were nog layered donuts like j ordered before! What has happened to the P.CB Location it’s terrible nothing in the case at counters they go in the back room and Greg old stale ones and sells to you gif 38.00 for a dozen!! You should see this mess I was sold ! I want to take them back but don’t want the drama!!

Parlor Donuts absolutely blew me away! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome with genuine smiles and friendly energy. The customer service here is top-notch—every person I interacted with was helpful, patient, and clearly passionate about what they do. Now, the donuts… WOW. These are not your average donuts. They're layered, fluffy, buttery, and come in a variety of creative flavors that are both fun and delicious. I tried the Maple Bacon and it was hands-down one of the best donuts I've ever had.

Today was the first time my wife and I tried Parlor in Springfield, MO. We called ahead to make sure they had vegan donuts in stock, showed up 30 minutes later and ordered a dozen vegan donuts. Specifically asked if they were vegan. She says yes. Went back to our Airbnb and ate some. Realized she gave us a dozen NON VEGAN donuts. We were the only customers there! HOW does that happen??? Her name was Aszriana. We also got a cream soda that had no carbonation at all. We were treated like she didn't even want us there. We ended up spending 35 bucks on donuts that made us sick and went in the trash. Never go here! This was the day before my Dad's funeral as well to make it even worse! We never treat ourselves like this and even went way out of our way to come to Springfield JUST to get some donuts that we can actually eat.

My son’s new fav spot! If you want the best customer service then you need to come here! I am 100% not a sweet fan but I could eat Parlor Doughnuts every every single day! The atmosphere is absolutely amazing and has the best vibes you could even imagine!

First time trying Parlor doughnuts. I bought a dozen and my first one was mallo cup. A very good doughnut and I'm excited to try the rest of the flavors as soon as I can find room to eat another one. I'll definitely be buying more of the doughnuts.

My wife literally said “This is the best donut I have ever had in my life.” Great variety. Amazing donuts. Come hungry.

Clearwater beach has been in need of some good breakfast places. We’ve been waiting since 2023 for Parlor Doughnuts to open. I was happy to see it weathered the hurricanes! This place is where donuts, come to meet croissants and cinnamon buns! You will be pleasantly surprised by the layers of crunchy, chewy, and flakey. They are big, light, but filling. Get there early, we went for a late breakfast and almost every tray was empty. They were making more to order, so if you’re not in a rush, no biggie. We got the French toast, maple bacon, holiday sprinkle, and holiday custard. All of them were delicious and packed with flavors. They can be messy, grab napkins.

The vibe gave me feels of visiting the mess hall in my uncle navy base. It was a nice nostalgic moment, if you’re familiar with military style eating.

My only suggestion: The specialty coffee flavor combos need some work but the coffee itself was perfectly brewed.

Decent price for the quality/quantity of food too. We got 6 donuts, 2 cold brews, and tipped for $40.

Dietary restrictions: They have keto and GF options as well as something for the pups!

These doughnuts are the best I've ever had. They are flaky and fresh and just so good. I discovered these in St Augustine, so glad they are closer to home. Definitely recommend.
