The food was hot good and there was plenty of it. The service came with a smile. The place is casual for the crowds are large at certain times. You will be happy and have a good time. You won't regret going.

It's a solid 2.5 tourist place Probably 12 tables inside, 12 outside (weather permitting), small bar area Ok atmosphere Not good for small children Reservations required Food is ok, pasta dishes are 25ish, meats 35 plus Wine bottles are 40ish, don't think they offer mixed drinks

I see you're currently remodeling. We miss the good old Shepards the way it used to be. Perhaps you can recreate that ambience. This last incarnation was like a coffee shop with tables crammed in. We are looking to the future.

Essential breakfast offerings are what we get here. Nothing is really outstanding, but it's all satisfying. Inside has tons of room in a comfortable conditioned space. Outside is where the fun is at though. Don't feed the birds! But they will be around to visit and try to snag some of your food (not usually too aggressively). All staff is helpful and friendly though some go way above and beyond.

They no longer have the dinner buffet, I called because the open times online didn't make sense to match with dinner. The lady who answered was very rude about it, and acted like I should have known. Update your stuff then!

Here for simple breakfastPancake was fluffy and delicious.If you seat outside you will get bothered by a few different kinds of birds but it will be fun experience for kids. ;) The white herring loves egg. He has been visiting there for 12 years for egg.

I am eating here as I wrote this and I’m already disappointed by this place. The server took forever just to get to us. Then she was really rude when I asked to add on a kids French toast to my adult meal I had already ordered. First of al telling someone they can’t add on a kids sized portion after they ordered an adult meal is ridiculous but being rude about it is unacceptable. I had planned to eat here several times during my stay but I think I’ll be going next door instead.
Good fresh food when I was last there approx 5 years ago. The staff was professional and the restaurant was clean.

Terrible breakfast. Fruit plate was pathetic. Eggs Benedict cold, ham wasn't cooked, English muffin soggy, and eggs were horrible. Sauce had no flavor and the only thing good about this place was the view.

Shepherds no longer offers a holiday or any open restaurant and according to the call I made to shepherds no meals have been offered since 2020 pandemic, so sorry as it was delightful. Maybe this will change in the future...
