My experience was a disaster. Very bad service, so slow, zero attention to customer Very disappointed. Will never never return again to this restaurant. They need to improve million times.

Nikki was AMAZING! She was the best waitress, she took great care of us. She made great suggestions and went above and beyond!

It was such a good experience. We had dinner outdoor to have a better view of the sunset. We ordered the grouper bites, the ribeye, and the salmon. Bob, our server, was amazing through the entire evening, and took a really beautiful picture with the sunset! We wrapped up our visit with a Tiramisu! We will be definitely coming back!

My fiancé and I came here for dinner after we wanted to try a place we had never been. We were not guests of the hotel, just stopping in to try the restaurant. The calamari was some of the best I’ve ever had. We ordered the ribeye, pineapple fried rice and added on grilled shrimp. Everything was 5 of 5. My espresso martini was amazing, but our food was some of the best I’ve had in the area. Preparation was perfect! Hands down one of my favorites! We will definitely be back. And our service could not have been any better. Everything was great!

Went to Clearwater on a family vacation and had breakfast almost daily at the Shor. James was our server for breakfast and he was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond for us. The French Toast with pecans is amazing.

The evening staff were also extremely kind and the food was delicious. The ribeye steak is fantastic. Eric, the evening manager, is very nice and insures that his guests have a great experience. On our last night, he went above and beyond for us.

Definitely recommend for breakfast and dinner !

This is my fifth visit to Clearwater Beach. Four of those times I stayed at the Hyatt and ate at shore restaurant. One time I decided to veer off and try a different hotel/restaurant and I was very disappointed. I will never stray again. I love shore restaurant and the hotel that it is inside. It is my happy place. The food is always amazing fresh. And presented wonderfully. The service is always immaculate and professional. The ambience is low-key. You can dress up or dress down. But I like that it is not too casual. So no swimsuits, short shorts, etc. etc. But if you decide to come in jeans and gym shoes, you will not feel underdressed.

We wanted to relax for lunch someplace we hadn't dined before. We are about 90 minutes away but figured it was worth it based on other reviews. Shor is on the water-front and with all the construction of new hotels, traffic is pretty bad (factor that into your time). We were seated at a table facing the water and could have opted to sit outside but it was a little oppressive for our taste. Service was very good and their food was exceptional. Lots of seasoning on fresh seafood made their Grouper Nuggets the best I've ever had. Well worth the drive but plan on being patient as you get closer to the beach. Enjoy!

The food and service was outstanding. Rob was very knowledgeable of the menu and very personable. He kept our whole table (adults and kids) feeling welcome and we had a wonderful dinner.

Everything tasted awesome! Chicken lollipops and Grouper Bites were phenomenal. Steak Frites, Scallops, Mac & Cheese, Brussel Sprouts and Asparagus were all excellent. Kudos to the chefs. Service was outstanding as well and the view is fantastic.

Our waiter from Queens, NY was awesome. He made our kids feel great and had great service. The food was very overpriced and bland.

Went for an anniversary dinner. Our server, Veronica, and the Assistant Manager, Eric, were extremely nice. The restaurant has amazing views of the ocean and sunset.
Gave them 4 stars because we ordered virgin drinks, but one of them had alcohol in it. We don't drink because of our faith, and we found out the drink had alcohol in it after drinking it! It was very upsetting.
Also, when I got my delicious plate of food, there was a long piece of hair in it. However, they remade my food. Veronica and Eric apologized both times and made our entire meal, with desserts to go, complimentary. Staff is extremely nice. The people at the bar and kitchen need to be more careful because one mistake can cause someone their life (people have serious allergies).
I definitely recommend the restaurant. Just be mindful and double-check if you have food restrictions.
