SHOR American Seafood Grill

My husband and I came here for date night. Our server, Rob, was fantastic. He was personable and attentive, and had great recommendations (like the Brussels sprouts and the Chilean sea bass). We sat outside on the patio, where we enjoyed the sunset and a perfect view of the Gulf. The food, ambiance, and service was top tier!

We had a great experience at SHOR. We went on vacation to celebrate my daughter’s 19th birthday. They had a table waiting for us, the service was attentive, and the food was excellent. We particularly loved the whipped feta, the beet salad and the seafood entrees. Great job!

Ordered surf and turf lobster was like rubber and the chorizo potato hash, asparagus, béarnaise sauce was not served with my dish.

Our dinner was so very good. Yes expensive, but it's at a resort so...when staying at a resort, live the resort life. I could be a repeat customer.

Everything was good except the whipped ricotta which was salty (it was generous and beautifully served) but they had a good service recovery, servers were very interested in making sure we were enjoying everything, and overall we would absolutely go back. I specially loved the lobster tart and the whole fish.

This was the best meal I have had in a long time. Every bite was better than the last. Service was excellent. We will be back.

Have to concur with previous reviews that our experience at SHOR was a positive one. Ben was our waiter he gave suggestions plus didn’t rush us in anyway to make a quick decision on food. We enjoyed our wine and appetizer which was the calamari before our dinner order was placed. My husband had the fresh catch which was red snapper and Ben indicated it was a good size, didn’t disappoint. I had the blackened grouper sandwich tasty with a side of fries crispy. Atmosphere enjoyable and left satisfied.

I had the filet and the street corn. The food was very good and service was great. My old fashioned was a little sweet, but good. You definitely won't go wrong eating here.

Took an hour for us to get our entrees, and 20 mins for appetizers. Steak was over salted and salmon had no flavor and was dry. We ended up getting two sides free since they didn’t get to come out when the entrees did. Maybe a rough night for them tonight

Excellent service from the hostess all the way to the bussers!! Everyone works here!! I love seeing everyone chipping in to help to make sure the guests are receiving top notch service! The food was incredible! One of the best NY Strip steaks I've ever had! Cooked to perfection! And the Mac and cheese was so creamy and delicious! My husband absolutely loved the Brussels sprouts!! Whatever glaze they did on them was out of this world! Great views of Clearwater Beach and quiet atmosphere! Finished the evening with a delicious espresso martini from the bar! Would definitely recommend this place for those who appreciate good food and atmosphere!

I would argue that the food my Fiancé and I had was one of if not the best meals in our lives. Our server, Rob from Queens, was amazing, he went above and beyond for us and was very friendly. We are in the midst of wedding planning and needed to try the food on site, we were not disappointed. Very enjoyable experience, would highly recommend!

I ate here twice. The first time I had breakfast at a buffet and it was very good. Amazing bacon and breakfast meats. They had a custom omelette station that was delightful with great service.
Came back for dinner and I had a little difficulty, but the service was good.
