Food was amazing!! Atmosphere made it feel like a comfort place. Our waitress was super friendly and knowledgeable. She made us feel welcomed and gave us a laugh! Only thing I’d take off for was the portion sizes. The mahi & shrimp and the shrimp kebabs weren’t enough to fill us up. However, they were extremely delicious and presentation was wonderful. Some of the oysters I felt weren’t cooked enough but the rest surely tasted great!! Highly recommend !!!

Great crew, personable and very friendly! We brought our catch from an amazing morning at sea w the queen fleet and the chef cooked it up fantastic! Thank you so much Salty crab, we will be back! 😊

Live Music was excellent.
We order Drinks and a few Apitizers.
MeatBalls, Boneless Wings and the Boom Boom Shrimp was Hot a Spicy very Delicious.

Awesome place to get some drinks and good food to eat in a laid back atmosphere. Nice drink selection and expansive menu of food options. We were expecting your typical bar food, but the quality was much better. Boom Boom tacos were terrific and the fries were delicious. We enjoyed the live music artist who sounded great and was not overbearing to where we could still engage in conversation. Check this place out

Pretty spot with a diverse menu in the middle of the town, surely I will recommend this place, you can make a stop if you're going somewhere and you want to eat or if you want to just chill they have a bar too so I think it's perfect, the waitress wasn't that attentive as we expected but other than that we had a great time

Delicious grouper tacos and great service!

Excellent seafood! Fresh, perfectly cooked, great flavor! Server was awesome.. or and the bucket drinks were fantastic, as well as my Pina colada! Coming from Canada, I was excited about all the fresh fish choices. Wonderful selection..hogfish, grouper, lobster bites, shrimp, scallops & shrimp toast..omg soooooooo deeeelicious!

The Salty Crab ended up being my Plan B choice for lunch after the restaurant I was going to visit ended up being closed due to hurricane damage. I wasn't disappointed. I ordered the Grouper dinner, Key Lime slaw and broccoli. This was the first time having Grouper. I wouldn't say it was great, but it was good. The hint of lime in the slaw was refreshing. I don't know what they do to their broccoli, but it was the best broccoli I've had at a restaurant. The Key Lime pie for dessert was also good. Service was great and seating next to the patio made for a pleasant experience.

We ate here for breakfast on our last day in Clearwater Beach. Too bad, because we could’ve used their 10% off coupon for the next day — and we would have, had we stayed longer! As it was, we enjoyed our breakfast very much.
My Bloody Mary was fantastic, with the bacon still warm from the griddle and two plump shrimps succulent & cooked to perfection — not at all dried out as in other places.
They substituted English muffins with their biscuits in my Egg Benedict with crab cakes at my request (Hey, we’re in the South!) The eggs were poached perfectly. My husband’s Meat Lovers Three-egg Omelette was very generous & tasty. But the best part was the potatoes- crisp, perfectly fried, but not greasy at all!
Liz, our waitress was kind, efficient & attentive with the coffee & water. The hostess Genna and Andrew were also great & pitched in aa it got busier.
Overall, it was a wonderful way to say goodbye to CB, with a very full stomach and pleasant memories.

Great! I’ve been visiting Clearwater Beach regularly for several years, but for some reason just recently dined at The Salty Crab… It’s terrific! Perfectly located, pleasant vibe, awesome service, and wonderful food. This spot will absolutely be on my Clearwater Beach rotation going forward. Nice option for breakfast. Five stars across the board!

I ordered Grouper for dinner,I order cajun style and it was no seasons on the fish so bland,so I explain to the waitress I wasn't happy ,so I changed it to blacken it came really hard and no flavor, The manager came and apologize for the food, and he also stated that he was not going to allow me to order anything else, I wasn't looking for 3 strikes because 2 strikes i was done..but it's the Pricipal that being a higher position, he would say that..Highly disappointed ..
