Went here on April 27,2024. Ordered a “Pollo Enchillado”! Never again coming back. About two hours later eating el Pollo Enchillado started to have a stomach ache follow by diarrhea. I dont recommend this restaurant unless you want to end up with nausea, stomach ache and diarrhea for several days (like myself) or worst end up in the hospital. The degree of poor personal hygiene is questionable, inadequate sanitizatiion is a concern and food contamination is high. Lets be safe and avoid places such as these!

The food is good but the bad thing is that every time the kids give you what they want and not what they are asked for, because that's why you pay for it and you don't ask for it as a gift. Personally, the food is good but they don't give you what you want. you ask

Ok I am giving this 5 stars, but I will be 100% honest. I really would give it 4.5 stars. I ordered 4 carnitas tacos with a side of salsa verde. Here's the breakdown:
Customer Service - 9/10, They took care of me and got me in and out quickly. The ordering process was easy.
Selection - 7/10, Not a whole lot of choice, but some people like that. No burritos. That was a bit disappointing, but whatever.
Food quality - 9/10, the carnitas was excellent. Hands down great quality food. The only thing I personally would have done is fry the tortilla just a little more, but different strokes for different folks.
Restaurant Presentation - 6/10, I'm not judging here. I can tell this place is trying to make it in a tough market so I'm always willing to cut slack. However, if it were my place, I would consider cleaning everything to be a top priority. I won't go into detail, because I think it's disrespectful, but there were some things that needed cleaning that anybody could have dealt with. Not dealing with it makes the place look unsafe. I even was thinking about walking away before I purchased my food. Mexican restaurants in Mexico, in my experience, are clean and the folks take pride in a clean restaurant.
Overall - 9/10. I cut a lot of slack on the presentation because you never know people's situation. That being said, despite the excellent food quality, I probably will skip out on going back until the appearance is 100% on point. When people care about the cleanliness, it says they care about me. If anything changes in the hour after I eat this I will update the review.

My first time coming by to this restaurant and it was very good. The service was amazing the food even better. If you want truly Mexican food this is your one to try. And their aguas Frescas really good. We are definitely coming back for more delicious food.

Absolutely disgusting. Carnitas tacos were slimy and had literal blobs of fat. I had to spit it out. I dare you to eat at this place.
