Got served by Rocky. Was polite and helpful. He got my daughter exactly what she wanted with a smile. Honestly I haven’t had a bad experience here yet. I usually show up after 6pm and it’s been fine. It’s not busy. The traffic around it is a nightmare though but that’s not the employees problem.

Always great ice cream, but they will charge you for a glass of water even though you are paying a lot for the ice cream. That's insane! Also, slow service. Not impressed with anything but the ice cream!

I chose Baskin Robbins as my go to for 2 ice cream cakes. My first was for my husband's Birthday in which i used the Baskin Robbins app and placed and online cake order with the option to upload a photo of me and him to mark this occasion. I chose white cake with chocolate chip cream and a blue border with special instructions to write Happy Birthday to him in Spanish. I have to say i was very very impressed with the person in charge of making my cake. It turned out beautifully,...
