The pizza is fine. My review is because when I got put on hold mid way through my order with a gentleman, to have (an older w/thick accent) woman pick up the phone and have me start all over was.. understandable. I have kids now in the background upset because I’ve been giving this now 4 minute phone call my attention cause of the holding and reordering. My kid was upset. But when I said to her “ I’m sorry I couldn’t understand what you said, can you repeat that?” She says to me so rudely “it’s not that you couldn’t understand it’s that you have that kid crying in the background”. I hung up immediately. The Most outrageous thing I’ve ever experienced when placing a Togo order. I will no longer be giving bros pizza my business. Shame on her.. we have been coming here for years and the chicken Alfredo pizza is my husbands favorite. The owner (black silverado) is kind and has been generous prior. I’m really just blown away by what she said and so disappointed.

I ordered my food at 3:45 pm to be delivered They said it would be here by 6. They had to make the Lasagna I finally received it at 7:35 PM. It wasn't anything that I ordered The garlic knots were burnt. I ordered spaghetti with meatballs they tasted like RUBBER and with sauce on the side and it came with sauce on it ,Needless to say I was really pissed.not only that, the prior time I ordered from them I ordered a Greek salad. I got the order and they didn't have a Greek salad. So they sent a regular salad and still charged me for it and the manager hung up on me 2x Whoever's running this place. Needs to pull his head out of his butt. And pay attention to his customers. And change his attitude!!!!!!!

Wish I could give zero stars. I ordered a slice to eat there. There were 2 people waiting for Uber eats orders. 10 minutes go by and the pizza maker asks the woman what her order was. Apparently that order already went out with someone else. She was picking up another order as well: they didn't have everything that was ordered and this poor driver is losing money because of this. I'm still waiting for my slice and ask to have it heated up- I am totally ignored. Then the pizza maker coughs-doesn't attempt to cover his mouth! At this point I just asked for my money back so I can leave. No apology just a lame excuse that they are busy
