The customer service was horrible from the people in the back. The young lady that is a new cashier she is great and it's unfortunate for her; the work atmosphere that she has to work in. The 2Ladies in the back were distracted and talking about personal things. I watched the woman make my order and she made it wrong and I paid for extra bacon which was not on my sandwich. The cashier informed the lady twice and she still ignored her and kept talking about her personal business. I then spoke up myself and what she gave me was despicable. I work down the street 5 days a week from 8 AM to 5 PM. I love burger king and this is my go to most of the time, yet At this location there is always issues. Please do better. I Also ended up just throwing the whole sandwich out because the mayo tasted spoiled.

I ordered a large drink and a icee ,Once I got to the window, no one acknowledged that I was there, waited 5 minutes and drove off. It wasn't even busy, they just taking orders BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD , DO BETTER. spend your money elsewhere. not here

I just stood in the lobby and listen to the workers in the back talk about how they don’t wanna be here and then the manager in the background talking about how they’re giving her a headache why I stood there and waited for 15 minutes for someone to take my order and nobody took my order It’s 4:07 PM and nobody can take my order in the lobby fire them all

Great food quick service!.Update: 3 years later!Waited 5 minutes to be looked at and ignored. Do they not expect customers do you need assistance?They don't care to look at me and didn't say a word.Rude! Look at me and not even acknowledge that I am not a ghost? I guess I'll go to McDonald's.

Will never go back…. Ordered 10 minutes prior on app showed up in drive thru and told them we are here to pick up and not very inviting got the response yeah you are going to have to come in… we say okay and head in and the doors are locked everything is closed… we go back into the drive tru and she said I didn’t know they closed it yet.. I guess go through the drive thru but it’s going to be awhile we have a lot of orders…. With only 4 cars including us there… we ordered for four people and they considered us a huge order and can’t announcing to everyone we have a huge order it’s going to be awhile… like what? We wait for over a half hour and the line never moved we left and didn’t even receive our order. Paid and got nothing never going back…. Horrible atmosphere and rude service….

Placed an online pickup order 10 minutes before I got there, was told it will be a while because they had other orders to do. Sat there for about 20 minutes and left. I literally drove 5 miles to subway, got home and the order on the Burger King app is still being processed.

Most of the time, I enjoy going to this Burger King, not today. My order was taken promptly, but it took 10 minutes to be fulfilled. There we many others also waiting for their food. As I was eating my food, two employees in the back were having a very loud heated verbal spat. The manager kept screaming "Stop, that's enough". Over and over. It finally ceased, but a few minutes later it started up again. If I were the manager I would have fired them both on the spot, or at least sent them home to cool off. When I left there were at least 10 people in line waiting to order, 5 waiting for their food, and as I got outside the line of cars for the drive thru was reaching Ulmetron ave.I think, at the end of the day, the Manager has lost control over the store.Dave

As usual, the food was excellent for a fast food joint. I ordered through their app and arranged for a pickup at the front counter. My food was fresh, hot, and correct for both of my orders. Hats off to the the BOH.The FOH staff although pleasant and friendly, seemed to lack focus and not really know what was going on. It felt like the online orders and the in house orders were confusing the staff, including someone who I later determined to be a manager. Even with that small detriment, the food came out quick and accurate so there couldn't have been that much of an issue.
