As usual, the food was excellent for a fast food joint. I ordered through their app and arranged for a pickup at the front counter. My food was fresh, hot, and correct for both of my orders. Hats off to the the BOH.The FOH staff although pleasant and friendly, seemed to lack focus and not really know what was going on. Not a great experience, they say burger king loud, not welcome, went through drive thru, unhappy employees, and forgot straws and cheesy tots which they charged us for and never gave us them, barely any workers , stupid and never coming

Most of the time, I enjoy going to this Burger King, not today. My order was taken promptly, but it took 10 minutes to be fulfilled. There we many others also waiting for their food.
