Overall we generally like the Cheesecake Factory. Food was great and fresh but this time our overall experience left us disappointed. It was very cold inside the restaurant. Our waitress was very kind but not ready for our table so we waited quite a bit before even being addressed. We didn’t get bread until almost right before the meal came. We were ready to order as soon as we sat down and once we placed our order each person’s meal came out separately and my meal was missing...
Took my father and daughter for lunch. We were not really super hungry and my father ordered a piece of cheesecake and my daughter and I ordered a appetizer. Our appetizers took almost an hour to come out and were cold. My fathers cheesecake did not come out and when I asked the waiter about it, he basically said he did not know how much longer. I noticed on the counter that there was a piece of cheesecake just sitting there, but waiter did not attempt to find out. My daughter...
We went to dinner on New Year’s Day with kids. Just as expected the food was great. We had to wait longer than expected even with reservation., otherwise no complaints. Will definitely visit again on our next trip to Clearwater.
