Ordered an Apple spice cake and 12 dozen cupcakes for my wedding. Claudia was more than willing to work with me and she took what I had in mind and brought them all to life! She’s not afraid to take risks and I absolutely love her! If you have an event or even just a small craving definitely go visit her!

The best buttercream vanilla cake! I placed an order and I was able to pick it up the same day. The service was excellent and the cake was outstanding! Everyone loved the cake and now I have to get my Mom and other relatives cakes from Claudia's for their birthdays!

The cake was perfect and tasted wonderful. It wasnt too sweet and felt rich like it was made with very good ingredients. Ill definitely be back. Thank you to everyone at Claudia's Heavenly Flans and Cakes!

There is a reason why this place has nothing less than 5 stars. Flan is one of my absolute favorite desserts, a Very simple dessert but if not done correctly can either become rubbery and more like Jello, or it can be cooked too quickly at a higher heat which creates a gritty not so pleasant texture which basically means you should just throw it out because it's not worth it at that point. Another thing that can happen is the caramel sauce doesn't get cooked long enough and is too light and lacking flavor.

All of that being said, you don't have to worry about any of that with Claudia's flan... it is sheer perfection. Plenty of perfectly darkened caramel, the creamiest filling that just holds its shape when you take a spoonful, and the flavor is orgasmic. You can tell she puts just a pinch of salt in the mix to bring out all of the flavors. Truly a stellar job and we'll worth any amount of drive you need to make to get it.

Oh, did I mention she has a heart shaped one!!!

Due to Hurricane Milton the person I had lined up to do cupcakes for my sister's wedding had to cancel last minute. I reached out to Claudias and she responded almost immediately and reassured me that they would be able to accommodate my order. They were great! Cupcakes looked amazing and tasted great too. I can't recommend Claudia and her team enough. Thank you so much for helping make my sister's wedding day awesome!

Claudia personally delivered her super delicious fresh flan cake to me. She was very responsive and in less than 24 hours I placed the order and got to enjoy it. The flan itself was not to sweet but actually just perfect.

Every week I ride my bike 10 miles to Claudia's store (with a thermos of fresh coffee) - fetch one of her wonderful, Gluten-free, sugar-free, cupcakes, cheese cakes, tiramisu, etc to have with my coffee. Perfect!

We were lucky enough that Caludia's Heavenly Cookies - they donated cookies for our Speaker Series at the Clearwater Historical Society Museum, and they were delicious and had to stop myself from eating all of them and share with everyone else.
