Claudia's Heavenly Flans & cake made the cake for my Daughter's graduation party. It was beautiful and delicious. We were able to go in for a tasting to pick out the flavors. Claudia had great suggestions. We will definitely be ordering again.

Claudia’s Heavenly Flans & Cakes absolutely exceeded our expectations! Claudia created our dream wedding cake — completely sugar-free, dairy-free & gluten-free — AND it was an absolute showstopper!! We were overjoyed to find a bakery that not only accommodates dietary needs, but does so without sacrificing flavor or quality.

Claudia truly helped make our wedding complete. Her specialty cookies and muffins are equally incredible, made with top-tier ingredients. There are very few bakeries in Tampa that can produce dairy-free, gluten-free, or sugar-free desserts that taste absolutely amazing, and Claudia has this down to an art!!

We can’t thank her enough for her genuine kindness. Highly, highly recommend!

We had a raspberry filling gluten free wedding cake from Claudia. It was BEAUTIFUL, matched my bouquet, and had exquisite pearl detail. Claudia’s service was wonderful leading up to the wedding. I am so thankful she was able to fit us in as I later learned had 5 weddings that weekend, not to mention any other events since it was the weekend before Thanksgiving. Thank you so much!

Claudia made my wedding cake and it was the most delicious chocolate. I have now used her for birthdays and other events because I can always customize the cakes. Also other treats are so delicious so stop in even if you want a small treat for yourself or family and friends.
