“Just got some great ice cream with a side of amazing customer service!! Sierra was so friendly, patient and professional, I really hope her manager sees this and give her a free ice cream or something to acknowledge her work ethic and customer service. We will definitely be driving back to this location again even though the closest one to us is in pinellas park. Great job cold stone and Thank you Sierra you ate amazing!!“

“I had this red velvet strawberry ice cream cake from here for my birthday it was so good the only complaint I have is I think the cake was a little dry, but overall it was good I would definitely recommend if you like strawberries and strawberry flavored ice cream. Also the guy who did my writing on my birthday cake applause you for doing it and, not knowing how to because you made my birthday better 🙏 have an amazing night as well. Thank you cold stone!!“

“Amazing! I ordered two cakes for a surprise birthday party for my mom. Rachel was amazing. I walked in not knowing much of anything as this was the first surprise party I had planned. She sat down with me, went over everything and recommended options that went with the theme I had in mind. The cakes arrived on time and the staff was great! The cakes?! AMAZING! I couldn't have asked for anything more, not to mention every last piece was gone by the end of the night! They were delicious! I can't thank you enough and I can't recommend you enough to anyone looking for a cake or anything these ladies bake! Thank you so much!“
