I had this red velvet strawberry ice cream cake from here for my birthday it was so good the only complaint I have is I think the cake was a little dry, but overall it was good I would definitely recommend if you like strawberries and strawberry flavored ice cream. Also the guy who did my writing on my birthday cake applause you for doing it and, not knowing how to because you made my birthday better 🙏 have an amazing night as well. Thank you cold stone!!
Ice cream was good but the young man that took our order seemed to be bothered by my husband asking to try a flavor & seemed like it was an inconvenience when we placed our order. He didn't even chop up the reese cup just kinda folded the ice cream on top of it.
Just not the customer service we are used to.
Always have a good experience, the women working a HUGELY busy store tonight were killing it. Quick, efficient, and still friendly! BEYOND impressed with them - they are 10/10
