Let me preface this by saying I stopped ordering from this store months ago after I got raw pizza dough delivered. After a few months I figured I would give this location another try as I'm right across the street and Domino's is typically my favorite delivery pizza chain. That was a mistake. While the pizza was cooked this time (although the order wasn't completely correct), it arrived well over an hour later and cold. The worst thing was the delivery driver, Dave. He called me to let me know he was heading towards me and I told him that our building has a concierge that is present to let him up, but if they were not there I would go down and meet him. Fast forward 7 minutes later and he calls me to tell me he won't wait for me and left it outside of my apartment complex. Thinking that my concierge wasn't present, I went down to discover that the concierge was in fact present and that Dave left it outside without ever bothering to bring it inside. Pretty upsetting considering I was the one on the phone apologizing thinking he was waiting out there with no one present to let him in. 0/10 will NEVER order from this store again. Order from the local Papa Johns instead, further away and yet somehow they deliver in 20 minutes, are friendly, and the order is hot and correct. ):

We sat out on there front porch & enjoyed our pizza. Very nice woman took our order & then just brought us our pizza instead of calling our name when it was ready. It was a delicious dinner & beautiful weather outside to enjoy pizza.

This dominos has been messing up my order and bringing the food over an hour late multiple times. I have had enough and I am never giving this horrible pizza parlor my business ever again. I am beyond upset, because I work all week every week and when I decide to spend some money to reward myself and family they come an hour late, mess up my order and there’s nothing I can do about it at that point. 0/10 never waste your money here! Make your own homemade pizza!
Update: almost 2 weeks ago I received an email from the GM to reach out so we could find a resolution. I received a phone call from the store and they told me they would refund my full order and they would put a credit on my account. They said it would take 24 hours. It has been almost 2 weeks and I never got my money back or received a credit on my account. I told them that if they want me to take down my 1 star review, they need to refund me and I would order again and if the order was right I would update my review. Since they did not come to a resolution with me, I will never order from here again and this review will be permanent. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

This location might be the worst in all of America. Ive had numerous problems. Management either doesnt care or doesnt have the capacity to fix issues. Dont waste your time at this location there is one 10 min away on 4th st. If not the wrong order they take 90 min to deliver the food.

I called to ask a question, and then I was going to order online. However, after waiting 11 minutes on the phone (??) with NO ANSWER, I hung up. I guess I will NOT be ordering online. In my opinion, this is a reflection of how they’d handle my pizza order.

I am 2 mins away from store and a regular customer. I always get my orders in 20-30 mins. I work 3rd shift. Had I known my order would be delivered after several others, I wouldn't have ordered. Food was cold. After all the money and tips I have given you, I expect better. I won't be ordering from you again.
