Don Pancho Market is a fabulous place for authentic Mexican food. This is the real deal, not Tex-Mex. The food is amazing, fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Customers enjoy meals like a torta, sopes, huarache, or a sweet horchata, and they occasionally have mole. The margaritas are delicious, and guests can get a favorite beer or a glass with a tajin-dipped rim. The service is just as impressive and very friendly. Staff are attentive and keep checking on guests. The timing is excellent. The restaurant is a great little deli with a hot bar for quick to-go orders.
