Still can't get orders right. Ordered 3 sandwichs the exact same way and all 3 were wrong and not even made the same... Wtf.. it's not hard. This location has been horrible from the start. I have given 6 months and a year in between their mess up and still can't get it right.... Close down give another place a chance that can get things right.

Waited while they filled pick up orders for way too long! Guy who walked in ahead of me got served immediately because they knew someone that was there, don’t recommend. Also, what are the employees making your sandwiches have long hair and no hair nap

Sent my husband in for sandwiches for the family while I was at home getting ready to leave for the day.
Upon his return we saw All five sandwiches were wrong. All of them. I called and was told the manager would call me, waited 3 days, they never did. So I called back and was told the GM had "just left" and they would call me the next day..... Waited a week and talked to another manager on duty who was a bit rude and said she would watch the line video and compare it to my sandwiches so I could finally get a refund and guess what..... No call.

Now I've been waiting for over a month and this girl don't quit....I work too hard to waste my money on a company that doesn't care about quality and customer service.

We asked for no tomatoes on a sandwich and Had to toss them because of food allergies. The totally tuna was so wet from whatever crap they put on it it was soaked and had to be thrown out. It was nasty...I asked for onions and mayo, I got mayo, but no onions and 2 pm pieces of turkey. We got a BLT with 2 pieces of bacon. I paid for Xtra cheese and got no cheese.... This place has gone down hill....horrible customer service and horrible sandwiches.

What a waste of $50

I have gotten sandwiches here for years and its steadily declined. Tonight it was inedible... the turkey was pink and slimy, it was disgusting... everyone that ordered it had to take it off the sandwiches. And extra mayo means no mayo i guess

Does not participate in the nationally advertised promotion of free chips and drink with an after 2pm sandwich. Misleading all around. Save your time and go to the pizza place next door.

Placed order on Uber eats, received wrong item, and the manager on the phone couldn’t care less. Tells me to go back to Uber Eats and complain there. The associate who answered the phone spent so much time telling me how to navigate Uber Eats customer service obstacle course to get this $3 refund, that they could’ve driven the item to me themselves in that time. Which they ultimately refused to do. Anyone who uses Uber eats knows their support is non existent - you’re speaking to a bot or a 2nd year English student 8,000 miles away. The order is still filled by Jimmy John’s. The mistake is with them so they should fix it. A few years back Jimmy John’s on Madeira beach made a mistake on some toppings and they drove me an entire replacement meal. These guys couldn’t be bothered for a cookie. So you lost a customer over a $3 cookie. Good job. And I’m going to get my money back for that item via a partial chargeback. Not sure where companies think they get to keep the money when they don’t fill orders and deliver the product as promised.

The female manager of this location is the absolute worst person that i've ever spoken to regarding customer service.I don't believe that she knows what that term means.She needs to be retrained or terminated. I ordered delivery and the delivery person placed it outside on the ground. In the Sun, so not only was my food now. Unsanitary, because it's sitting on the ground. There was no notifying that it was delivered upon calling the location to request a refund. The manager declined to give her name after requesting it 3 times she also hung up on me. After I asked for a refund rather than a credit with the store. So because I didn't want to credit with the store. She hung up on me, forcing me to drive down to the store to certify that she gave me the. Refund that I had requested.Still declined to give her name.
If corporate sees this, I would really appreciate a someone getting in touch thank you

Ordered delivery . It was our first time trying the place. The girl on the phone was very nice. Order 2 Gargantuan subs and the #4 (16 inch Turkey Tom) and 3 pasta salads. Order came to $53 and change . The delivery driver was nice and apologized that he got lost but it was his first time coming to our house and many drivers have the same problem.
Only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is we recieved potato salad instead of our pasta salad ,but at the end of the day it was pretty darn good but serving size was on the small side .
We will order again !

I’ve been a Jimmy John’s fan for many years. However my husband and I were in the Clearwater area and decided to stop at this current location to sit and eat. Upon arrival no greeting was received. The cashier clerk was not very polite. Giggling and laughing with another employee with her back to my husband and I. Once I figured out my order I advised cashier of my order, I then proceeded to ask will my meal come with chips and drink? Cashier stated “No” unless you say otherwise. I myself work in management and would never speak to not even an angry customer in this manner. I then advise cashier I would like my order to be a meal please. After observing cashiers behavior I realized she is a manager herself. Extremely poor choice in management. Possibly have Ms Lauren enroll in proper management classes? I highly recommend.

Order this sub. Came with mayo. Tomatoes which both I'm allergic too. They never said it came with that when I asked for onions. Waste of 13 dollors in the trash it went. 1st time trying jimmy johns amd my last time. Publix and jersery mikes is better I think. But I don't know cause I didn't get to taste that sub that they were too busy to ask me if I needed it replaced or my bad for not asking. Went back in for a refund and had to wait 5 mins to be told she's busy making a sandwich and I'll have to keep waiting..I told them customers service here sucks . I will be emailing corporate over this

Jimmy John’s is ✨elite ✨ the perfect amount of meat, cheese, and toppings! I leave full, but not fat.. very tasty very fresh, the bread won’t get soggy if you want to take it home.. very worthwhile for those late night much munchies. That’s it.. that’s all you need to see here.

I had a disappointing experience at this Jimmy John’s. Not only was the service below par, but the restaurant manager was also taking up customer parking spaces. When I arrived, I struggled to find a spot, only to see the manager parking their car in one of the few spaces reserved for customers. This added unnecessary frustration to my visit.

Additionally, the service was poor. The manager (Lauren) seemed disorganized and inattentive, and my meal took far longer to arrive than expected. (most likely due to the fact the manager was in and out of the store hanging out in the car. ) Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I’m not sure I’ll be returning. Management should prioritize their customers’ convenience and improve the overall service quality.
