The staff is always nice to talk to, they're very friendly and polite and offer great recommendations. Everything is kept pretty cleanly including the tables/booths, dishware, cutlery, conveyor belt and sauce/salad stations. I like the variety of ingredients offered at this location. It's around the average price of hotpot and bbq experience, I think it's ever so slightly more expensive but it's worth for the variety.
My first time trying a hot pot. Host was outside smoking a cigarette and had to put it down to come seat us. Converbelt with food goes around. Pricey, but an experience if you need to have a special occasion. Inside is a little dated. All meats were frozen, scallops were frozen,...

Josh gave me an experience I haven’t had in years, service was top notch between knowledge of the menu and attentiveness. Will tell all my friends and family this place was a one you could NOT miss !!!! Give the man a raise
