Being a hospital employee I frequent this location often, until recently. I get the same drink every time which is not a complicated drink. When my drink comes up wrong I let the ladies know and they immediately catch an attitude as if I was the one who messed up the drink. Recently I ordered and was waiting in the lobby, I could hear the barista Azmia complaining about making my drink. I heard her loud as day say “she needs to order something different cause I don’t like making this drink” with a really bad attitude and then slammed my drink on the counter. You can’t work at a coffee shop and complain about making drinks. The ladies always have bad attitudes and always get upset with you if you mention your order is wrong. I will no longer be visiting this location.

I work at Morton plant hospital and you would think considering being a Starbucks inside the hospital the workers would be friendly. They've messed up more then once on my order in multiple occasions and when I kindly ask them to fix it I get horrible attitude, my new drink just slammed on the table and straw thrown on the table, I get it it's frustrating remaking something you already did but at least show some respect. I'm disappointed.

5 stars for Dacin. Thank you for the excellent service. Dacin checked on the stock assortment for me and assisted me to see if they had what I wanted in stock. He very clearly conveyed the location and hours. He gave the extra consideration a normal employee would not provide. Thank you Dacin! He should be recognized for his extra level of service provided. I hope he receives proper recognition for going above and beyond when no other stores had what I wanted. He is an employee that other stores should make an example of for a customer experience and positive energy.

The midget working behind the counter said that they were out of iced coffee. They gave me other options which I declined. Then as I was walking away, and I got out of the store.. I hear him making fun of me saying "Aww I don't want something different" to his co-worker. I don't think you guys realize how much your voices travel in a mostly empty hospital at 7:30 at night. Have a great night bud
The lady at the register was unfriendly and lacks any customer service skills such as saying good morning, what would you like or thank you. Just basic skills.

I stop at this Starbucks frequently and it is hit or miss. Younger man is always friendly with great customer service, older woman is very unfriendly and always appears to hate her life. They can't seem to get drink orders right, even their standard popular drinks. If you get a regular coffee you should be okay but I won't stop in here anymore as lately drink orders have been incorrect.

Poor customer service. I have never seen this anywhere else where you have to ask for sugar for your tea or else you are left with a tea bag in a water cup. Good that I don’t have to ask for the water too!!!! And when I said something they made it sound like it’s my fault for not asking. Rude !!!

This Starbucks has been out of cinnamon dolce for weeks! Being in healthcare, I live on my coffee and with Covid sometimes a cinnamon latte is the only thing that will get me through the day... This is not the only Starbucks that's been out of it... been to 4 in the area and everyone is out! I'm SO BUMMED! What's the deal???
