Well, why is Starbucks always dirty? I placed an order for a pickup, it came, I sat there waiting, nope, nope. I asked where my order was, let’s go look. It turns out that he was standing near the car delivery station. Seriously? Well, in general it didn’t turn out very well, it’s such a long wait for something that’s been ready for a long time.

Brody was my barista on 12/28/23 and had amazing service! He was so polite and positiv! He instantly brought a smile to my face and made my whole day!! He was so cooperative when i accidentally ordered the wrong drink! I definitely would come back and recommend Brody as your Barista!

Younger workers very rude. Did a mobile order and I guess she didn't have enough time and came to the window to snap at me for not ordering 10 mins or more before coming so she had time to make my drink. The other girl at the window even said sorry for her behavior because she just randomly came out to give me an earful. The only bitterness I need is in my espresso and this isn't my normal location and I won't be back.

This is how my drinks were handed to me through the drive-thru.... Lids not snapped on. I try to avoid this particular store at all costs since the drinks are always made wrong and disgusting every single time without fail. I figured I would give them another shot today but they are still unsurprisingly the worst Starbucks in Pinellas County.

Very slow on mobile orders. All priory to drive through. Barista was very cold and could care less. Not typical Starbucks service.
My girlfriend and her daughters got pink drinks which only one had strawberries in it. Her daughter went to the counter and said this is supposed to have strawberries berries. The employee said you’re right it’s supposed to and just stood there looking at her. She said well are you going to put some in it? The employee rudely said give it to me then put strawberries it. Last time I go to this Starbucks

Literally one of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve ever had. My drinks sat for 15 minutes. My iced coffee had MELTED ice and the hot coffee tasted BURNT! Ridiculous.Barista tried to argue with me and say she called my name out when I was standing RIGHT BESIDE THE COUNTER.

This was possibly the worst customer service I have ever received from a Starbucks. Went on 6/10 after 1:00 p.m. Ordered a mango dragon fruit refresher & it had 2 pieces of fruit & tasted like a regular lemonade. When I went to ask them for more flavor/fruit, they wouldn't make eye contact. There were 2 people waiting in line to order & neither person behind the counter asked if they wanted anything. The two people ended up walking out & I gave up after a few minutes & left too. I will never go back to this location.
