Most of the time on mobile orders I'm still waiting 25 minutes for my drinks and food after even arriving 10 min after placing the order. 6 people running around yet going nowhere, sadly most of the starbucks are like this now.

Yesterday I had mobile order in-store pickup at this location, after waited for few minutes, I didn't see my order in progress so I politely asked the staff just to give them notice that I was there and I got appointment somewhere else hopefully they can start working on my order soon but they said my mobile order has been pushed to the last and started bring up attitude, after that I didn't say anything to let them work and waited for a while, but nothing comes up so I asked them again just to know how long my order will be ready, this time they completely gone crazy, heavy hand on ice cabinet door, smashed equipment all around, and the one who did my order literally smashed the drink right in front of my face, very disappointed, worst part is I only ordered 1 cup of refresher, so basically they just need to pour some juice, put couple scoops of topping and ice into the cup, not even complicated drink with whole bunch of ingredients

Visiting from Miami with my fam and popped into this location for a quick bite/coffee! Atmosphere was giving warm and cozy vibes! Everyone was super kind - from greeting us upon arrival, while waiting in line to let us know they’ll be with us shortly and even when we were leaving, customer service 10/10, music playlist was on point - had me feeling like I was off the island in Jamaica 😌 made my day by writing “Happy Wednesday” on my cup with a happy face 🙂 it’s the little things that count! I’ve visited many locations and hands down this was the Best Starbucks experience!

They can’t make a flat white! 6$ for two shots of espresso. Starbucks is Very overpriced and no Consistency between stores

If the purpose of getting your name is to call you by such to identify your order as complete, then why wouldn’t you write down the name that was given to you, why would you write down the name you feel is better. How would we be able to know that our order is complete if we’re listening now for a name that is never called?

This location claims to open at 4:30 AM, but that is not accurate. I arrived at 4:38 AM, and it was still closed. There were two vehicles in the parking lot with people inside, who appeared to be employees simply waiting in the parking lot.

I waited over 25 minutes for a coffee I ordered ! I requested to speak to the manager only to be told my order will take additional time. They gave me my order incorrectly not ONCE BUT TWICE! The manager on shift disregarded me completely. I’m very disappointed with the service.
