I love Starbucks but this location needs to train their people on customer interaction. The girl at the window in the drive-through shouldn't be in this position. She seems angry every time I come through which is almost every day. She doesn't wanna give you a cupholder with a hot drink. I have to ask for it. No other store does this. Are cupholders at a shortage? The cup is hot. It should be automatic. If you're too lazy to spend one second to put the cupholder on the hot cup work somewhere else. It's a huge turn off. The drive-through people should be cheerful not aggravated that you're there to spend money, money that's paying their salary. Again if you hate where you work go work somewhere else we the customer don't wanna deal with attitude issues.

Literally hours later I remembered to come leave this review because rarely do I see someone so easily great at what they’re doing. Guy with ornaments in his beard is a top tier employee. He easily read the room and saw exactly who was drinking what and who was yet to be served. He calmly communicated so effortlessly with my friend and I and others easily from across the room. If you do raises in the barista industry, this is the one. Keep him around and happy!

If you go here, use the drive thru.. they absolutely prioritize it over in person. The people are nice, and they don’t ignore you… but I have been here daily for the last week plus and every single time I am at the counter I get a « we will be right with you » which is better then being ignored.. but half the time I was the only one there. Tie goes to drive thru countdown clock. :24 minutes for me to get an americano.

Shouldn’t take 15 minutes for a $7 coffee. I didn’t tip and was penalized and forced to wait while over 10 other coffees were made.

Matthew is extremely rude. This morning, I placed a mobile order and I’ll admit, I was early, but what I didn’t need was a lecture from him about how they have 10 minute plus wait times for drinks and that I placed my order x amount of minutes ago and this time he will try to rush it but next time I need to wait at least 10-12 minutes. By the sounds of it, it still wouldn't have been ready in 10 minutes while people just pulling up were getting drinks within minutes. If they were busy, I wouldn’t have thought about even getting in line early, but they have 2 cars in line when I pulled up who had already ordered. There was no need for the attitude. When I pulled up, the girl who gave me my drink also made no eye contact or said anything when I said thank you. They need an attitude adjustment at this store because that is not a way to start anyone’s morning.

Elizabeth needs to get a new job. She looks miserable and acts miserable. Also - it's your job to call out people's names. Barely whispering is passive aggressive and immature. Seriously- if you hate your job that much - get a new one and stop spreading your misery to everyone else. Grow up. Oh and get off your phone.

Stale environment some friendly staff but you might have to reach around the counter and grab your own drink holder while everyone stands around talking…….must be some good gossip going on definitely more important than the drive through around the corner or the walk in clients

I used to live in the Tampa bay area, and every time I come visit my aunt now, I make it a point to stop by this Starbucks! Everyone here is always so kind, and Dino especially stands out 😍; he’s super friendly, has a great smile, and always makes the experience even better! The whole team is amazing and now they even call me by name when I walk in! I love coming here and can’t wait for my aunt to come in so she can get the same warm welcome. I’ll definitely keep coming back, it’s truly the best!

The Ulmerton Rd & Egret Blvd location has a friendly enthusiastic staff. They often go 'above & beyond' while providing exceptional service. Two particular baristas standouts, Dino & Matthew. They have become my two favorite baristas in the Starbucks' network, and while traveling throughout our great nation I stay loyal to the Starbucks' Brand!
