It took almost 30 minutes for me to receive my food and I only ordered only one dish. This was my first time going there and I was very disappointed. I'm familiar with cooking process and I know how exactly my chicken tastes like it tastes like it was cooked prior some time before put it back in the fridge been sitting for a long time and recook with the sauce before serving.

Extremely overpriced, and you barely receive any food. I ordered a LARGE orange chicken bowl with veggies and counted 3, literally 3 chicken nuggets.
They closed down for an unknown reason. It was terrible before, so when it came back, I was thinking they reworked it, but alas it is even worse. Do not waste your money going to this place, trust me.

There are 3 people working here. Four customers waiting for at least 15 minutes already. The lady isn’t interested in helping get out the orders at all. Just gossiping and slowing down the other workers. Even though they can’t move any slower than they already are. Should have kept this place shut down.

The chicken teriyaki bowl is divine. After a recent fight with tonsil cancer, I am limited in what I can eat. The chicken is cooked perfectly, soft enough, with noodles or rice, to be eaten in my current state. The most recent two visits to your store have left me 100% satisfied with the customer service despite the 15-20 minute wait each time. I ordered ahead both times on the app but I must have had the same great idea for dinner as everyone else those days! Despite the long lines, the staff members were great, greeting me when I walked in, updating me on the time, and having smiles for the customers even when you could see how busy they were.

Walked in to a completely empty restaurant and waited over 45 minutes for food. I was hoping they’d have sorted this out since my last visit a year ago but somehow the service has gotten worse. It’s hard to fathom not training and staffing your business to perform its sole function. At least it can’t get worse!

I went two days ago and the customer service was terrible. I placed my order at 5:46pm and didn’t leave until 6:27pm. The two people working in there were not helpful at all. Three people came in after me and left before me. On top of that he gave me the wrong rice and my order was $21.06. I will not come back here. I have receipt and picture. I had sooo much patience this day.

Came in for some food Saturday night and there were only two employees working even with only them two these wonderful ladies made the experience great food was out in a timely manner given the circumstances they had about 7 orders ahead of me they made sure to communicate with me and were very polite and showed great customer service wish I would have gotten their names huge shout out to you ladies keep doing amazing I will definitely be back
