Looks nothing like what they pictured. To start they got my order wrong. I ordered mad spice and they supposedly gave me regular. From the picture I took I don’t see any sauce. The chicken was pulled instead of grilled and the vegetables consisted of onions and cabbage. This place would make you want to stop eating Asian food.

World's worst customer service. Stood there for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. They appeared to be busy doing other stuff. When they took my order finally, didn't even bother to tell me it would be another 10-15 minutes. My entire 30 minute lunch break wasted on their incompetence. I'll not be eating here again.

Food was delicious first time going here but did not like the customer service one bit I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes before someone said anything to me and the young lady that took my order walked by me 6 different times before she said anything to me and out took the girl in the back cooking to say something to her about me to come take my order

I used to stop in there and get takeout when they were on Park Boulevard and Belcher. It was so delicious. I ordered tonight through Uber eats at their Feathersound location. There was way too much rice and it was very dry and I have no idea what those vegetables were that were in there. It comes with one sauce so I ordered an extra one. My suggestion would be the Jr teriyaki chicken with broccoli and two teriyaki sauces on the side.

If you enjoy waiting an hour for food that never shows up while watching employees lick their fingers and play with their hair over your order, this is the place for you. Sticky floors were just the cherry on top. I left hungry and disgusted.

We walked in to this restaurant / fast food establishment and the floor was like somebody spilled coke all over it. It's a order at the counter and sit down kind of restaurant. We wanted a large order but they didn't have any more large containers so we couldn't buy what we wanted and had to get the regular size. I got the chicken spicy teriyaki, It was pretty good with some vegetables in it, my wife got spicy orange chicken with a side of yum yum sauce, she said it was ok. I really don't know how this is rated 4.5 stars because the counter gal was kinda rude and seemed like we were an irritant for being there. It was 6:30pm and we were the only one's there. I wouldn't come back here because it wasn't that good and it's pretty pricey for ordering and sitting down, but to each their own, I've had much better food and service without the flies.

Very very rude customer service. I am new to this area for business and I have never seen such poor customer service. I asked the cashier a question and it was straight attitude. She even told me to go to McDonald if there’s an issue. I was at shock when she told me to go McDonalds. There also was flyers on the straws in the fountain drink area, so disgusting. I immediately requested my refund.

Clearwater location finally reopened after being closed for sometime and the orange chicken was delicious the last time I had it, so I decided to order it again lunch while I was in the area for work. When I say there was at least 20 or more flies flying around inside when I went to pick up my food. Absolutely disgusting 🤮. I’m starting to wonder if they were closed for so long due to previous health code violations…

Rice was soggy and the chicken tasted like the breading was tainted with detergent.
One person working the entire place. She was dealing with money transactions, cash register and cooking the food, which caused a back up of customers waiting over 20-30 minutes to get their food. I believe the owner should consider at minimum 2 people working especially a weekend! People will not come back if they have to wait on better service. I do hope this business succeeds, because we need this place as a healthier choice fast food

First time eating here, will definitely return, food was flavorful and serving size was solid. Young lady at counter NEEDS trained at minimum, she was a huge turn off with her lack of ANY professionalism! I'll order online and pick up moving forward because the food is worth it.

After the Clearwater Teriyaki Madness closed down, I was super excited to try out this one. We drove 30 minutes out of the way, and to our utter disdain, it was THE WORST experience of my life. I had high expectations, but after waiting 20 minutes, some of my excitement started to fade away. There were flies by the fountain drinks and our table. For a $20 meal, I expected high quality or quick service. I received neither. The rice was overcooked, mushy, and flavorless. Which was impressive considering it was supposed to be fried rice. The vegetables were on par, however, the chicken was bland and flavorless. Even with orange sauce (that they forgot to put on at first), it was still subpar. Wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. Overall, one of the most disappointing experiences at a restaurant. I have teriyaki sadness!
