It was a nice trip. However, the parking was a disaster. We came an hour earlier and there was no parking! There are too many people for such a small lot.
Dinner on a boat was decent. The window spot is totally overrated unless you don't plan on going on a top deck. The nicest view is outside.
Music was a disaster for us, simply because anywhere you go, they play the same set of 70's songs, here was a mix with country, reggae and rnb. But if that's what you like then you'll enjoy it. The weather in May was perfect and made the experience very enjoyable!

I enjoyed the cruise ans the staff was great. The petty little add on charges were annoying. Kind of like a car dealership. Theres a marine fee, administrative fee, and an automatic $10 per person gratuity fee added on to the price of the ticket. Thats pretty petty and low class.

Spent my Mother’s Day on the Starship together with my son, daughter-in-law and my grandson. My first time on the ship. The crew and the service was great. I would definitely recommend this . Brunch and a 2 hour cruise

I woulda gave it a 4 but they were stranded for a few hours. DJ was cool and food was good tho....

We had an awful experience with Star Ship Yacht in Clearwater, FL. Our group of 14 guests was literally running toward the dock and visibly present right in front of the yacht, yet the crew pulled up the stairs and refused to let us board—leaving all of us behind.

They showed no empathy or flexibility, even after we pleaded with them. This ruined a special occasion and was extremely disappointing, especially with guests who had traveled from out of town. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Completely unprofessional.

I got a call from a higher up after doing the review in Tampa, he asked both my wife and I to join them on the Clearwater cruise and dinning service again to make up for the bad review.

I do thank Mr Michael for reaching out to me and the service I got on the Clearwater cruise was absolutely spectacular. Words can not express the difference we had between Tampa and Clearwater. My wife was thrilled and so was I.

Service was absolutely amazing, from the wonderful hostess we had to the great and patient waitress as well as all the staff, including the Captain of the ship made this night great for my wife and I.

Food was absolutely stunning, and compliment to the chef and his wonderful team in the back of the house. Those are your unsong heros that are not seen by the public. But they also do deserve a bunch of credit. The food was amazing.

This will be the third time I have been on the Clearwater dinner cruise and we enjoy it each time we go. Keep up the great work in Clearwater FL. Tonight was nothing shy but amazing. 5 stars definitely recommend

It was Absoutly a fun time. Crew/waitstaff were beyond fun and professional. Yacht was very clean. Unfortunately, the bulk of the food was awful. This I heard from not only my party but others on the cruise. Again, the waitstaff was always available and very engaging. They appeared to be having as much fun as we were. Overall, it was a very enjoyable outting.

Starship ruined my birthday celebration. We booked for a party of 14, arrived 1 hour early and were not able to find parking anywhere. 3 of us started the process of picki g up our tickets while the rest of our party looked for parking. The captain insisted on take off right as our party was running up to the ship. They pulled the dock right in front of our party. Claimed they would loose their license if they let them on.

GREAT GREAT TIME!!!!! I was in Tampa Florida visiting my boys and I got this off of Groupon and let me tell you it is worth every penny!!!!!!
Please take advantage of that special offer and really enjoy yourself. I do want to say that the food isn’t great, but it’s not bad. And they really try hard to make sure you have a great time. And my goodness, w/ FREE DRINKS who isn’t having a good time?????

What a great experience! We did a dinner cruise for my sister's birthday, and man did they deliver! I mentioned when reserving that it was her birthday. Upon arrival, they wrote Happy Birthday on the table card, the waiter wished her a happy bday, they decorated her dessert with birthday writing, and the DJ even announced it! It was a great experience!

I was a bit nervous about the food for dinner. We're foodies and many places disappoint. I was happy with the menu options when booking and pleasantly surprised with the food! It was well cooked and delicious! I highly recommend this dinner cruise!

P.S. Many people at the dock confused this with StarLite. Don't make that mistake! This one is FAR better!

Star Ship did a nice job .

Cruise cut short nearly an hour for 175 people waiting for the disc jockey to arrive. Excellent lunch but was delayed till 2 pm. I went into diabetic shock and a result.
